Just wanted to let you know I’ve been practicing this daily for weeks now and I can do it fluently now! I was just showing my daughter last night “look how far I’ve come!” And we had a laugh because a few weeks ago I could barely do it at all. Thank you, this is the first and only picking pattern I know but it’s gotten me much more comfortable with it! ❤️
This is so awesome!! Congrats for all the practice you put into getting it right! I've played ukulele on and off for a while and I barely found songs that I want to play that actually force me to do more complicated plucking patterns on the ukulele haha
FYI, from @ukemullum, "In P-I-M-A, each finger on your picking hand is called by the first letter of it's Spanish naming ; P for pulgar (thumb), I for indice (index), M for medio (middle), and A for anular (ring)"

Thanks I'm a Beginner for finger picking patterns. And it takes me awhile. Im going to practice this now & everyday for a week to see if it sticks & builds muscle memory. I have some Strumming down. But need to stick to one thing at a time. Im a note taker & a multitasker. SO it I Need to be Still long enough to follow through. I do see progress though. I've been learning off & on for going on 3yrs. THIS IS A EASY TO FOLLOW TUTORIAL WITH GOOD VISUALS. THANK YOU 😊

This sounds great with a F minor and C7, but I want to do a 3rd chord lower, sounds like it should be an A, but I can't get the right chord with an open a string to sound right. Ugh, today's struggle I guess haha, *thank you*

@@asserahmed3375 It's up to your personal preference. I like both for different things. A concert is good if you want to be able to span more frets. I find the tenor more comfortable in general. Less squishy.

You gave 4 strokes with 3 words and 2 words are for the same string. What about the other strings? The captions😊 are just more confusion, giving 3 strokes yet playing more.

Just repetition Jason. Be sure you have your hand in the correct position. Thumb parallel to the top string and fingers angled back.
