Installing ASCOM and Cartes du Ciel for Explore Scientific iEXOS 100 on a Windows 10 laptop

Follow along as I install ASCOM platform, Cartes du Ciel and Stellarium (which I couldn't get to run the mount) to a Windows10 laptop. I can run the mount with Cartes du Ciel by way of USB, but not wireless. Wireless does work with Explore Stars software. The Explore Scientific website says there is a problem with wireless communication and Windows 10.
