It's wonderful how generous our Yarnolicious family is. I agree that a financial donation is best for hurricane victims, but I also donated wearables and kitchen items to our food pantries. And always remember local Animal Shelters ❤ 😊
Hi Lucas - the beanie's for your tiny kitchen initiative are awesome (lovely & cheerful). I really like the Dreamie Beanie pattern too (by Rika), I've changed it a wee bit & personalised it for myself. Also Crochet Crowd basic beanie (half double crochet) & of course any "Bag o Day" beanies ❤.. Crystal's patterns are awesome 🤗🧶🧶👌
I've been on a hat quest lately as well. I love BOD's hat patterns. I think my favorite so far is the Quick Silver, I am making that one all the time and have the pattern memorized now. Dish cloths are a great thing to donate as everyone needs them.
I'm using some Granny Square yarn to make charity hats too. Its working uireally well. When I think the hat may be a bit too big, I just work in a few reductions so they're not too huge... 😊 Have a great day. 🐞
Hi Lucas, You are so generous and kind to donate! If the tiny kitchens are having problems with thefts, and they are connected to an elementary building, maybe it would be safer to donate your hats to the elementary school counselor? Our elementary counselors (Michigan) would collect coats, boots, backpacks, hats, mittens, etc. and knew exactly who needed them, keeping it very discreet. Just a thought. I spent the weekend going through our ballot, a big one, 28 elections, multiple candidates for each position, 3 millage requests, but my civic duty is (almost) completed. I’m working on a snowman dishcloth with Laura, Mimi’s crochet in Alaska. She picks a pattern weekly and then posts the results on her u-tube channel if we email her a pic. It’s fun and the patterns from the book “A year of dishcloths” helps me stay focused. Have a great week!

Love your idea. One suggestion get an Addi or Centro machine. You can crank them out faster, and make your goal ❤😊
Hi Lucas, I love making beanies, made BODs rock bottom in Malabrigo - it’s beautiful xx
Good evening, Lucas. 😊
Love your initiative! Thinking of doing same for the homeless here. Or less fortunate.

Glad I discovered your channel. I am a crocheter and knitter, and I love working on all kinds of things. 😊
