    your sciatica nerve glide video really helped me to start when starting and made easier to know how it should feel, but for some reason it never it never occurred to me that this nerve tension was also happening in my inner tight. thank you for all the useful information and clear way that you present it.

    just found your channel - trying to recover from a series of falls (almost 9 years ago) that left me using a wheelchair on most outings away from the house, and not very mobile in the house......obturator nerve is burning, with itching to tingling on the skin....i gotta lotta work to do!
