  • Low impact walk dance aerobics walk 40 minutes long. This workout is at a slow pace and great for beginners, baby boomers, seniors. The exercise moves are easy to follow. This will help burn fat, calories and help you lose COV19 weight gain. It is recommended to exercise at least 20 - 30 minutes a day for good health. By doing this workout for at least 20 minutes daily you will have achieved the daily exercise goal.     I recently discovered you channel and I am loving your walking workouts! Just what I need to get me into the fat burning zone on days when I feel sluggish. It doesn't stress my body like HIIT does and I feel rejuvenated afterwards....instead of the sick drained feeling I get (which lasts days).

    Sending a sweaty 'Hejhej!' from Sweden! Ive been working out with youtube aerobics, HIIT and low impact-trainers since early september and i just found you last week! I had to stop at 25 minutes cause i started to get wobbly lol, but this was super fun and energetic! Im gonna try and get to 40minutes now, its fun to have a reachable goal!
