    Hi,
thank you so much for sharing. would you please ellaborate more on colorspace conversion? could it be simple lin2Log? and do i need to reverse it afterwards (Log2Lin)?
Also, how would I decide if i need to multiply up or down?
    Thanks!

      Hi Ayham,
just multiply your noise up until there’s enough for NeatVideo to pick up.
      Cheers!

Thanks for this video. Question for you. Why would noise-profile plates (presumably grabbed at time of getting lens distn grids) depend upon the lens? Noise is only from the CCD (or whatever the image plane in the camera is). So wouldn't grabbing a uniform image with any lens, but with a range of ISO settings be more useful? Just wondering about your thoughts on this. Thanks!

      Hi James,
      your point sounds right.
The only reason I could think of why one should record the noise plates with the needed lens-camera combinations is the unique characteristics of the Lenses especially with anamorphic lenses. One would need to record all of that and see if there is actually any remarkable difference between the noise plates.
      I hope that helps!
      Thank you! :-)
      Cheers!

@@LoveVFX OK - next time I’m on a shoot, and grabbing lens grids, I’ll shoot a set of these noise profiles. I’ll shoot with one lens for a range of ISO, and for one iso (probably 800, which gets used a lot) I’ll shoot all the lenses. I suspect that there will be no difference between those, but nothing like actual data to confirm it! Cheers.
