- Some nice glimpses of the 81' era Ontario Science Centre, which has now been closed permanently :(
Retrontario’s primary mission is the preservation, research and exhibition of rare videotape recordings (1970s to 1990s) recorded off of any and all Ontario (and surrounding area) TV channels; footage which would likely be lost if not sought out and preserved digitally. We also hope to create an ongoing oral history of this content through comments left below the videos. The good old days at the Ontario Science Center! Back before the roof was in danger of caving in!
Which was intentionally left to deteriorate for years as an excuse to relocate the Science Centre and make way for condominiums.

Ah, I remember that dish at 11:10. That was in the old "communications" room. There was a parabolic mic on the second floor and you could go up there and point it at anyone in the room and listen to what they were saying. So much fun back in the day.
