    Great tutorial, I liked the really clean and neat drawing you displayed, makes it easy to read. The sequence of the floor plate welds is so critical even though the tanks and plates are large, the movement of the plates due to weld shrinkage needs to be compensated for as you described. In this case your drawing shows a sump in the middle meaning the floor is conical in shape and not just flat so adds another level of complexity.
