Average Windows Task View (Windows 10)

For years, Microsoft haven't been able to make a "decent enough" Task View for Windows. Last time, I showed a weird bug with the Windows 11 one (it still exists until this day). Today, presenting: lagging, missed frame, overlapping Windows 10 Task View.
