This company should pay you for sure. Made it simple. My chute came with some crappy faxed crooked looking "instructions". Your video made this simple. Appreciate it.
You got that right I called and,the owner answered well go on our website see how its installed it will fit your mower ..If you wanna return it call us back..I said don't really wanna return it but directions would go a long way..Dude on your website showed nothing smh
I used your video to put mine together. My riding mower is a John Deere x380 with a 48 inch deck with isn't made for this type of mower. But it fits perfect on mine. I had to put 2" spacers and a couple extra washers to set it about the deck which some models comes with it and the metal flap sets even with the deck. Now the handle does touch the hood and I put a pool noodle on top of it with gorilla tape so it doesn't damage the plastic hood. It really does a great job of protecting surrounding areas when you mow.
I bought one of these systems about three years ago and I have been very disappointed with it. The spring is too weak and chute drops closed after the first bump or a minute of vibration. The handle extends about four inches beyond the deck so you can't mow close to objects. The handle also catches on low branches. The bolt that holds the spring was soft steel and it bent after about three months and I had to replace it with a hardened steel one, not that that matters since the spring is too weak to hold it open anyway.
There’s a little pin that’s on the chute that I see was already put on before you started assembling it. Mine didn’t come like that any idea how to put it on? Should I force it in?
I am very new in the industry I have a 36 gravely pro stands got a costumer that he likes to keep his grass tall so I’m cutting it close to almost 4 inches. when I was mowing the yard all the debris was shooting everywhere I call the company that makes this product and they asked me a couple questions and they told me that this product was not for me that was up to me if I want to buy it what do you think⁉️ need Guidance
It almost sounds like you need a full mulch kit, but that may not be good for the rest of your properties. The Qwuickchute is the better chute block between the two.
The company should give you this chute block, your video is better then theirs
gone fishin Thank You Lol.
Thank you this made it simple.

Great video it helped a lot with my install.
Thankful for this video
My parts bag didn't have half the stuff yours did and you skipped the step with the roll pin and the silver odd shaped part
Very helpful video!

Good feedback. I don't use this anymore, I switched to Quickchute. I had better luck with mine but I don't know how the quality is now.
That’s awesome. Thank you
What about the cam and pin on the side of chute?
They have changed the install instructions since this video aired you need to install the lock pin and arm limiter

Will the accelerator bagger work with this?
No, but it will with the Quick Chute chute block.
I have videos on the Quick Chute with the side mount style bagger.
