- Today I'm doing a review, demo and sharing my thoughts on the Simbans Picasso Tab. This is a budget artist tablet aimed at beginners to digital art and students. I'll be unboxing the tablet, trying it out and creating a drawing in the autodesk sketchbook app.

Anyone else use Autodesk Sketchbook? Do you have any other drawing app recommendations? I'd love to explore some different ones:)
Thank you for the recommendations. I also enjoyed working in autodesk as well but its nice to test out some others so I'll have a look at the app you mentioned.

I love AD sketchbook, been using only on my Android phone and wanting to expand. Can you kindly tell me if you can print final drawings from the tablet? Pencil and charcoal look is my goal.

I would like something like this for Christmas, but had no clue what one would be good so thank you! Quick question, is the glove only for your right hand? I’m left handed.
The glove fits on both hands (I've just tried it on both of mine). The only difference is that the logo will be on the underside of the glove on your left hand. Glad you found the review helpful:)

Thank you for this video~! I know you've made it quite a long time ago, but there is something I really would like to get your opinion on. I've read several comments (not here), where some people complained about malfunctioning problems, some of them even explained their tablet didn't work only a few months to one year after buying it.

Hey great video!! Do you think I can use this tablet to draw simple logos/drawings for t-shirts? (I usually do it with Illustrator)
I tried using the Illustrator app on this tablet and it worked but was super laggy. I think the app is too heavy for the device to have a smooth workflow. If your artwork didn't need to be vector then using another drawing app could work well:)
have you used this tablet with the tempered glass screen protector for it the self adhesive one for added protection, if so how good was it? can it fit inside the case with the screen protector on? please help
Hi! How long did the battery last for you? Because I have one and it finished after 3 weeks
how did you manage to get the blue coloured circles?
I already own a Cintiq but I'd love an affordable tablet like this for on the go sketching. I just wish Clip Studio would be released for android. :( Their biggest hurdle is the lack of apps for digital artists. Also, any idea how long the battery in the pen lasts?
I've been using the tablet daily for a couple of weeks so far and the battery is still going strong but I'm not sure how long it will last. A while I would guess☺

Are there any apps for animating working on the tablet?
I don't know much about animating so I can't recommend any apps. Perhaps someone else in the comments will be able to help you:)

Yes it operates as an Android tablet, it has google play installed etc.
Could you review some cheap iPad sketchbook apps, just got a new iPad and an apple pen and don't know what apps are good or bad x
I don't have an iPad so I can't test out those apps. I've heard good things about procreate though:)
Windy since I'm a artist I used that app to draw designs and shapes of the characters head that I drew🖼🎨🎨🖼

Amazon, hardware stores, supermarkets. I don't know if its the same in the US but I can normally find batteries in lots of places:)
Now that you've had the tablet for a while, is it still working well for you? Any problems or cons in regards to the tablet?
Yes it's still working perfectly fine and I haven't encountered any problems. I mentioned a few things in the video, such as lag and screen resolution and while they are not exactly problems, they are not the best on this tablet:)

Is it still worth getting in 2019? Is android pie really that much better than 8.0? Looking at portable drawing tabs and everybody saying iPad but I don't have that budget. Just want a tab I can draw, lister to music, watch movies on. Looking at 10 inch 11 inch kinds. Haven't narrowed down much bc so many and all varying reviews.
Well this tablet does work for light drawing, watching movies and listening to movies. That's exactly what I use mine for and I am still using it on a daily basis. However as I mentioned in the review, the screen resolution is not the highest and there is some lag when you're using heavy apps. So probably better suited to light work. Hope this helps:)

No not to me:)
They seem to have included a screen protector to go with it now.

Glad you enjoyed the video. Advice for a you tube channel is a big topic but a few quick tips I can give you are: post consistently, pick a schedule and try to stick to it. Try to also be consistent in your subject matter as well and do some research into how to properly write the tags and titles of your videos, this will help you videos reach a wider audience:)

Can I download photoshop?
The Photoshop app is a bit laggy as the tablet I don't feel is quite powerful enough to run it. There are lots of other sketching apps that work, such as autodesk sketchbook.
