Tender steak rolled up with bacon, green onion and bell pepper seasoning with chimichurri sauce!
Ingredients
Outside Skirt 2 Steaks (800 gr.)
Smoked Bacon 150 Gr.
Three Bell Peppers
Three Green Onions
Olive Oil as needed
Chimichurri Sauce
Garlic 2 cloves
Parsley to taste
Salt 2 Tsp.
Pepper to taste
Chili Flakes 2 Tbsp.
Vinegar 2 Tbsp.
Olive Oil 6 Tbsp.
