I’m 53 hoping to end the rat race by 60 with above $100M. I know money is a liability to be exchanged for assets with real value like real estate (properties for rent) stocks (dividends) bonds (interest) But, what is it with bitcoin? I hear a lot about it and I'd love to diversify my portfolio.
bitcoin does not pay any yield but will reward you with growth that you can't find in any other asset class
look at the charts, bitcoin has outperformed every stock and banking product ever developed even after multiple pullbacks over the last decade. not a financial advisor but I know what i'm saying
The key is diversification. Personally, I delegate my investing to an advisor, cos my job doesn't permit the time to perform market analysis myself. Thankfully, my once ago stagnant portfolio has now 5X in barely 4 years, summing up almost 7 figure as of today.

Not only is this lower than North Korea’s coefficient (which is above 86%), but it’s also lower than the United States’ coefficient, which was 85.0% but my point is that Bitcoin is not socioeconomic more distributive with the middle class than the fiat USD economy imho

luckily, i was drawn to bitcoin early due to being a programmer and admiring the technological marvel that it was. It always impressed me how super simple the program was, yet complicated in the intricate parts that all fit together to form money.
The program itself is so simple - its the IDEA that I nevert would have thought of in a million years.

I agree with Jack in that long term Bitcoin is the only “safe” asset in crypto but I’m here to also trade the long term cycles of crypto and so I put at least half my crypto portfolio outside of Bitcoin to get a better return but Bitcoin will be 90% if my crypto portfolio in the bear market. He already has wealth and is preserving it where most of us are building wealth so we need the more outsized gains. 😁🤙🏼

There is one massive flaw with Jacks arguments: if you're going to create shares for things like ethereum, you are basically giving the SEC once again control over whatever may or may not get created.
Tokens ARE the blockchain equivalent of shares to me. It is merely a different way of redirecting the flow of incoming value to the people investing in it for profit purposes.
Poor people in Africa can buy ethereum. They can't buy SEC controlled stocks. PoS tech is better than tech stocks, but it aint money.
I don’t think he is arguing in favor of the SEC but ethereum is definitely a security under the law.
