Doctor can IC lead to renal failure. How to protect the kidneys when this is a chronic inflammatory condition

IC should not be causing renal failure directly. But if a group of painkillers called NSAIDS is taken for long periods of time , then the pain killer can cause renal failure

@@rajeshtaneja7313 Thank you doctor. I had an appointment with you over video call last year . All your instructions have helped me tremendously. I had zero knowledge about importance of IC DIET . Now I’m well managing the condition. Cancelled hydrodistention last month becoz I’m not symptomatic . I follow IC diet, DRINK only water and if mild burning is experienced I take citrosoda. I’m working full time . I don’t take any medications except desert harvest aloe Vera supplements that I order from USA. A big thank you to you doctor . God bless you and help u heal a lot of people suffering with this debilitating illness.

No. Only detailed history , Frequency volume charting, urine RE test, ultrasound KUB with Residual urine should be able to help make a diagnosis

सर मेरी बहन को बार बार उल्टी हो रहा है जांच कराने के बाद पता चला पेशाब के थैले में सुजन है और टाइफाइड बुखार है और खुन की कमी है कुछ पीलीया भी हैं
उसके बाद डाक्टर को दिखाये वे दवा दिये दवा खाने के बाद फिर उल्टी होने लगा पेट में जलन होने लगा
