I would’ve bought a booster box from my local stores, but they were asking $160+…so I ordered online for under $100
Same in my area. I’d love to buy local but not paying 25% plus for the same thing.

@@PokeAmp I don’t normally either, but the seller had close to 200K positive reviews and my booster packs had a bunch of hits including the Gouging Fire SIR…so I made out alright on this one 👍

Something you're missing here are some of the non-hit meta cards. For example, you'll probably make 5-10 just off of buddy buddy poffins in this set. Also there were 10 reverses selling for > .50 all week. You definitely have a hard time making money in this set but your box probably has another $20 you didn't cover here.
I'm looking at all those metang with the rise of dialga vstar too. With ancient box rising, I think koraidon has some good use too.
I got wrecked on my booster box. 10 total hits - 3 full arts but 2 were duplicates from back to back packs. Only 2 IRs. No SIR, No gold. Extremely disappointing.

I preordered 2 BB 2 ETB’s and 20 loose hangers. Best card pulled was a FA gengar out of all those packs. Not one SIR or even gold! I definitely can’t justify ripping anymore.
That is brutal, makes you wish English was seeded like Japanese product.
Opened 3 booster boxes so far from a case. 1 had a gold card and 1 had an SAR iron leaves, while the third one had nothing. Hoping for the next 3 to have at least 2 more SAR.
How do you know this set is short printed? Do you think it will get an early reprint then?

That’s a lot of hits and still below 100! I’m sure most booster boxes wouldn’t have that many hits, right? 😮
with the low pull rates on SIR/s I think you're going to have to hit one of the top 3 or a Prime Catcher to have a chance. And honestly it feels like Prime Catcher will drop off once players have them. It's a great card but hit rates on Ace Specs aren't super low and players only really need one. Radiant Greninja is only a $6 card.

The cards in this set don’t seem to hold much value compared to previous sets.
The reason these are not selling, is because there's no chase cards for collectors. That's because it's mostly a player set, with a decent amount of playable cards. And most players will spend most of their money on singles. Also, none of the most popular Pokemon like Charizard, Mewtwo, or Pikachu (ultra rare anyway) are not in it.

everyone is unloading the boosters because of the item, stadium,and future/ancient black star were talking the places of the hits.all podcasters are saying this set has a bad pull rate.wait and the singles will be cheap

Tbh, these content creators never count the bulk, but with the bulk being close to a full set and 2 reverses a pack, you would definitely brake even
