I've bought five Casio watches from Flipkart including a g shock. All the products were bought when I found a good discount. Fortunately, all the products were genuine and was able to register online. The seller was wizrob fashion. I think some scammers buy the original watch and return it with fake ones. Then the seller sends the package to some other unfortunate buyer. I think it's the main reason for Flipkart to start open box delivery. This video will be helpful for a lot of people ❤.

Great video as always sir. I completely agree with you. But there is 1 mistake in the video sir, 0:54 on amazon that casio duro is actually a international version of casio duro, and there is major 3 difference between that amazon's casio duro(international) and indian casio duro. The difference is:-
1)dail size of indian duro is 42x38 mm
And Amazon's international version is 44x48 mm size. Means Indian duro is smaller than international duro.
2)the indian duro have only 50 meters of water resistance and amazon's international version have 200 meters of water resistance (not fair at all)
3) another difference is Amazon's international version have marlin fish logo, but indian duro don't have one.

the first watch is legit. It is an imported version and has been around for years. Only that its price was usually close to 15k. Once Casio launched its Indian variant, the price of international variant was lowered by the seller
Well, the watch could be legit, but every international item shown on amazon with great ratings need not necessarily be an original legit product. Its very hard to identify as well. Two cases with me. One, an umbrella (No single photo/ video review despite 10k 4.9 rating) & another a wall shelf (with amazing photo reviews, more than 4.5 stars) The Umbrella turned out to be of great quality with all features with slight minor differences. I was the first one to post a video photo review. But the wall shelf turned out to be a complete fake, completely different from the review images as well.
Great initiative by you , thanks for making video on this topic. Due to this reason only I prefer to buy my watches offline even if I have to sacrifice some discount for this.

Yes. Recently One plus Nord CE lite 3 started selling on Flipkart. But oneplus phones never sold on Flipkart only on Amazon. But I bought from Flipkart at discount. When I opened the box there was dust inside and the packaging was not proper. There were few scratches on back. Seems it was a used phone, which was repacked and sold by seller. Same happened with me. Same watch. While returning Flipkart kept rejecting my return request for silly reasons. After posting the issue on social media they accepted the return. Never buy from Flipkart. There customer service is even worst.

I bought a titan watch for my papa, sirf 5 din taq chala aur bandh ho gaya, nearest titan service centre par gaya, unhone bataya sirf dial titan ka hai, andar ka machine ₹60 wala chinese machine hai. 7 days return policy tha isiliye baanch gaya. Uske baad koi bhi kimti samaan online se kharidna permanently bandh kar diya. Flipkart par jo product non return policy likh ke ata hai, woh return bhi hota hai and pick up karke aap se le ke kisi aur ko bheja jata hai. Mujhko ek baby cream used mila tha. So, shopping wisely.

Flipkart is showing fake rates on Google and when you open their app you saw the rate increased suddenly..
You are right brother. Few times I have purchased books from foreign author and publication through Amazon . But 75% times the sellers sent xerox copy of the original book. Many times I had to return. Think , you have brought a 200page book costing 3500 INR and you receive a copy of that costing approx 300 INR. Feels deceived? Complained in customer care service many times. They assured me , refunded my amount. But later on it became hard to connect to customer care number, don't know why. So beware while purchasing from online market, you may get deceived and scammed.

i think mostly depends on seller, aap check karlo seller info, also check watch closely and compare with photo of original one
people order original and return fake products is also one of the reasons for this.
there is a reason why return policy was reduced to nothing from 30 days.
Finally an Indian watch reviewer who has common sense and spreading awareness against these fake sellers unlike some wannabe influencers.. Thank you

For casio/timex as per experience, i feel if yor serial number gets verified on casio/timex warranty website then i think thats the only way to judge authenticity of casio/timex, for rest of the watches brands it can be same ways. Seems this is the only way 🤔 any other ideas? Big brands like Tissot etc which you mentioned is obviously a counterfeit in 99%
I have heard that sometimes the watches are orderes and movements are replaced and returned back, in that case the sellers gives a discounted price, but yes i agree on the website registration thing all things can be changed accordingly by these people

very sad to know every place and platform in Our Beloved Nation is used for scams only , I depend heavily on online purchases here in UAE but when it comes to watches and electronics i buy directly from amazon rather than any vendors on amazon . recently the tissot prx was being sold for 700 aed on NOON when the actual price is 1400 aed but even though i have i eyed that watch for long i didnot buy it has it was not sold by nOOn or tissot directly and hence the chances of getting scammed was there so didnot buy edit : i think the prx vendor you mentioned in your video is same as the one i was talking about

Iam thinking of buying Seiko GMT costing around 35k to 36k from Amazon/Flipkart as there are no stores in my area selling one. It will be my first expensive watch previous one being Titan.
