      Thank you - Dock seeds are something I will experiment a bit with - just waiting on my new seed grinder thingy. I will also be experimenting with nettle seeds :) Xx

    Looks good. My son likes making bread. I wonder if you could use the dock seeds into scones. I dare to think mind as I’m trying to stay on track and sometimes I get urges to bake lol 😂 thank you for sharing really enjoyed this video 😘xx

      This recipe has so much potential for being experimented with. I reckon they could be added in to scones - nettle seeds are really good in scones.. they also give energy so good for fatigue... I need to harvest some seeds so will possibly do a film about them xx

      @@backtobasics8910 ah that’s really interesting they help with fatigue, I suffer with that as I’ve had years of suffering with Ulcerative Colitis but now have a bag for life (ileostomy stoma) lol 😂 xx 🤗

    looks like a nice granary type loaf, bet its nice mixed with fat free greek style yog n then baked , reckon that would lighten it a bit. would be lovely with a healthy cheese ploughmans or a nice soup 😍❤

      I reckon there's a lot that can be done with this recipe you know - it's definitely one that's up for experimenting with :) Xx

      @@backtobasics8910 totally agree, going on a walk with my friend tomorrow and we gonna try n forage some seeds like these. Def wanna give the bread a go but gonna try make mini scone size ones - thanks for the recipe and inspiration 😘❤
