Good evening from my studio apartment in Springfield, Missouri. I 💙💚💜 this new meditation, perfect for just before bed. I especially liked when Rick started to mention the blanket. So I imagined one looking blue and green. Satisfying imagery.

Very nice meditation.
One small remark would be to only make ads in the beginning.
In oder to not get ripped out of the endrelaxation by an extra loud ad
We have only ever placed ads at the beginning, unfortunately UA-cam can place them where they wish to and it’s out of our control I’m afraid :(
