    What would you do if, while you are steaming, the water evaporated completely before it was done? Would you pour more l'eau into the pot et start again ? What would you do?

    Hi Francine! Thanks for this simple-to-follow video. The tamale steamers/canning pots I've found have the rack much lower to the water than yours. I like your pot. Can you tell me what brand it is, or who made it?

    Hi Francine, you are my go-to girl for silk instructions. I have a question.. I have not steamed yet but recently purchased green label dyes so will have to start steaming. I use water based resist but I read that water based resist gets sticky after steaming. How do I avoid the resist getting sticky?
