My 60-year-old son got laid off and is having a difficult time finding new employment at his age. Please pray that God would give him favor in finding a job soon. He just now (this week) came back to Christ after 30 years! Praise God!

I'm 61 years old I have a full-time job no retirement I make good money but the economy is way worse than what they tell us. And now I have been diagnosed with arthritis ankle arthritis and back arthritis. I stay fit I work out 5 days a week but now that's being taken from me I'm under spiritual attack everyday I feel like Satan trying to take me out. They told me in 2013 that I would never walk without assistance because of my ankles being broken and I recovered on my own without their help. 2019 I have full three full sickness tears in my shoulder they told me I would not use my shoulder again without surgery I was unable to get surgery and I have recovered my shoulder although it not as strong as the other one I have built the muscles around it. I need prayer to help me keep going and guidance..... All prayers will be appreciated Thank you!

Find a support group to help you. You can do this. You can beat alcohol. Replace it with something else. Maybe excise. Long walk listening to Bible sermons. If you stumble get back up, you’re a fighter you’re gonna make it.

I had a friend that she had lost her husband and her children and she prayed gods and give her a job to give her everything she needed. A sadly after God provided all those things to her she stopped praying she stopped going to church and she even started going dancing and doing all kinds of things weren't right in front of God's eyes 2 months later she lost everything question God why did you take everything away from me. God said can you praise everyone for what you had when you forgot to thank God on a daily basis for what he had came to you. So you see when the Lord Jesus provides you for what you need every day you wake up and thank him for what he gives you on that day never think about tomorrow tomorrow may never come live on a day by day. God can provide your health. A home in a good job what's sometimes people forget where they come from. So always remember that no matter where you are always remember to pray and give God thanks for all that he has provided❤❤

It’s ok I’m 34 and lost a few jobs didn’t work for me year I have an emt license and guard card license and ekg license and armed license and I smoked for one year cigarettes and occasionally smoke at night with my mom before we go to sleep. Going through divorce, it’s awful. Felt I had no choice. Married 14 years and couldn’t take my wife’s 31 year old son, living with us, showing me constant disrespect. Coming home every night with him sitting on sofa drinking beer, watching tv. Same thing Saturday and Sunday mornings. Shouting arguments. I felt I had no choice, but to leave. Miss our 3 cats and little dog, miss step daughter, son in law, and 2 lovely grandchildren. Miss going to church with wife and meeting them on Sunday mornings. These writings of C S Lewis are very encouraging. Thank you for them.

I've been trying to stay clean and away from gambling for 12 years. After another relapse, Yesterday I got to the point were I wanted to end my life as I felt like nothing will ever work and I'm just left with this disease. I love God but for some reason can't stay stopped with drugs and gambling. Please pray that I seek God in all that I do and that he becomes ALL and everything in my life. I just want to find that peace that surpasses all understanding 😢 xx

I’m from north east India and I’m so blessed through this video. I’m the last son of one who is a leader of antichrist. I’m the only one who believes in Jesus and serves in my family and it’s been more than 7 yeas I stay afar of my family even most of the church here are burnt down by people so we are doing ministry by hiding.
Once I also had nothing and alone but as I’ve decided to seek first His kingdom and His righteousness, God has blessed with a small shop. I really praise God. I’ve been dealing with a tremendous amount of doubt in Jesus, he’s been very faithful to me by speaking to me through scripture and guiding me along, but the enemy keeps putting lies in my head, and even though I’ve seen the evidence of God’s faithfulness throughout my life. the evil one keeps on putting constant doubt in fear into my head, making me question everything, I feel awful for doubting God when he’s nothing but faithful please Pray for me to fully solidify my faith

the first time I ever witnessed to people, was using this verse of Matthew 6:33. ''seek ye first the kingdom of God, and all these things will be added unto you" . ( No, I did not use that verse near as much as I could or should have. ) It was back in 1966, aboard a U.S. Navy Destroyer ship off the coast of Vietnam. I was a brand new Believer in Christ, knew very little of the Bible....I just kept reading the Gospels as I was instructed to do. I had just read Matt 6:33, and then got up to go to my station. I was stopped and asked a bit of a rude question , to which I answered ......."I dont know the answer to that, But Jesus said "Seek you first the Kingdom of God, and then you will have the answers you want" .........these 3 just stared at me, and then walked away.... no further conversation. Odd I thought, but the seed was planted by an ''baby Christian" That tour in Vietnam waters lasted several years . I mostly just grew reading, especially liked the lives of Elijah and Elisha, who had as steeled faith in the Lord.

I had this in my twenties, and still have times where it pops up, even at 52. I finally discovered it was a borderline personality disorder. Fear of rejection, forecasting, thinking i know what others are thinking. And thinking people don’t like me. It has been freeing and scary at the same time. But I know what is going on, and that alone has weakened its hold on me. I pray your son finds peace. My son, 23, deals with the same problem. Trust me when I say this, you just being there for him is likely monumental to him.

I thank you all so much for responding, I didn't think anyone would even see this message. But since I've posted it he has welcomed therapy! He isn't excited about it but at least he's willing to try. He did have an interview that boosted his mood. We haven't heard back, but I told him to just keep his head up, something for him will happen. He told me today he is going to the movies with his cousin this weekend. So in one week he had an interview, welcomed therapy, and is getting out the house to be social! Prayers indeed do work and I thank each and everyone of you who prayed for my son. I will pray for you all as well, thank you so so much!
