The Ninja, Adam and myself headed out to check over a few locations to see if they were worth hitting in the future.
After Ninja found a silver coin very early, it bought on the trash curse. So we moved to another 2 locations both, not giving up many goodies... so we moved on to another location that we knew had some goodies left...
Virgin Park.
It never fails to produce the goods. Even after about 8 sessions and 1200 coins coming up, we still had a ball and found a tonne of stuff.
Plus I share my one and only coin, that I found on my first hunt for the year. It is now my second oldest silver I have found.
It was in the middle of no where with no other coins anywhere around it...
Sometimes you just never know where the goodies are hiding.

Bloody oath Thrip Florin, it's an amazing first coin. I would be happy to start each year like that... one can only hope. I'm just glad I managed to find a coin there finally. I have put in about 30 hours there's so far and that was the first coin so far other than 1&2 c pieces...

Mint hunt mate 👏 shame about the pocket watch. Coins look deep, maybe time for a bigger coil and go deep?
Cheers Smitty, yeah mate this location has been insane to us. So rich. Now we are not finding alot with the small coils, I'm hanging to get the big coil over it. Should be interesting. Though the old stuff has only been around 8 inches deep, Ninja pulled an 1806 half penny and we have found 2 Chinese there plus my 18ct gold ring and groat were all about 8-9 inches... so it will be curious to see if there are goodies down deeper.
I will definitely make an episode when we return.

Hi mate decent amount of coins mate, back at virgin park, gotta be more there mate just gotta swing over it, shame about the watch case though,

Cheers Jimbo, that's it mate. There's plenty more there for sure. The oldest coin so far is an 1806 half penny other than the 2 Chinese coins.
Big coil time I think... see what's down deep like.

@@Swingin_wit_Willy me Guy and Tommy did the other park next to your virgin park and didn’t find much, the odd silver but mostly penny’s, heaps of old relics but they were deep,
11 inch makes sense but I’ll wait till winter or if we have some heavy rain
Huh... that's funny. Me and Ninja hit it and didn't find much but we only had one crack. Then went back to virgin Park. I even went there recently and noticed plugs and didn't find shit with the 6 inch. So must have been topped a few times on that park.
You'll have to let me know if you do find something with the 11. Surely there's something decent.
