Bespoke Sachet De-stacking Machine

This exciting project has just been completed and ready for installation. The clients requirements were to build a machine to automatically load onto an existing conveyor, sachets of bone cement in 20g and 40g packs with an accumulation of 15 minutes without operator intervention.
We designed a machine that exceeds that time and also allows the operator to pre-load the cassettes with product while the machine is still running.
