    RIP Jeremy. I never met him but he seemed very loved by everyone in the drum community. It's a shame the world has been robbed of a remarkable human being as well as the company he worked so hard to build.

    That is one sweet sounding snare. I'm actually surprised to hear its $900. I was expecting an astronomical price tag considering the craftsmanship that goes into this. I will have one soon.

    I have a Q kit, mahogany 24/13/16/18. Best sounding kit I ever owned. this snare sounds great and I'm sure it's top quality all around. Jeremy and the Q co. us awesome. I have a black beauty and a supra to play with the Q's, so I'm good for now. Sweet snare though, love to play one.

    Jesus does that snare sound great. And I saw down in the comments it's around $900? Reasonable for something of this quality. I've been eyeing up a DW top edge. I'm putting this snare on my short list of dates to consider to upgrade from my tama custom artwood. This Q snare truly sounds fantastic.

    How does this compare to the q brass plate drums in sound ?

    • @Qdrumco
      @Qdrumco  7 років тому +5

      Two very different snare drums. The brass plate is closer in sound to a bell brass. They are very loud, very heavy and extremely sensitive. The copper is a more well rounded snare drum for the player that needs a "do everything" snare drum

    • @Qdrumco
      @Qdrumco  7 років тому +1

      Unfortunately, not in the near future. The requests for 13" snare drums is really small. However, you may see a shallower version of this drum.

    How deep is that Kick? it looks like a 18", normally with bigger kicks you go for like a 16" or a 14", but still sounds incredible. Dream is to own pretty much Ilan's drum kit he played with Paramore. Keep it up guys, love the work.

    • @Qdrumco
      @Qdrumco  8 років тому +2

      This bass drum is actually 16X24. You are right by saying we like to stick to the shallower bass drums. It makes all the difference in the world!
