    Thank you for making a video on this topic I live in glen ellyn and have long wondered about the exact map you use depicting the old Potawatomi village sites. I live by the southern Bonaparte site which has even less information, but your conclusion supports my belief that these sites predate the current believed times of settlement. Dig it! I am very excited to hear you might excavate that is a huge step forward for glen ellyn! We need some serious archeology done locally because our history points to significant "prehistoric" use by the native peoples. As far as the old map indicates there are three mounds located in the (southern Glen ellyn and the Morton Arboretum today) Bonaparte Potawatomi village and there are no records of archeology on any of it ! And even more mounds in Churchill woods. It's about time someone dug into this
