We are working on consulting services to Law firms and Dental Clinics on conversion rate optimization strategies. We've had really good success with these 2 niches, and want to package our expertise to offer to these 2 sectors, with or without the products we offer (professional website builds, social media marketing, onsite SEO, Paid Traffic strategies, and curated-targeted article marketing).
I plan to coach and advise parents with young children. Children don’t come with a manual so I want to use my 10+ years of expertise to help them figure it all out!

This has really helped me clarify lots of the questions I had. I'm glad I found your channel. Definitely got a subscriber here. Even though these are two very different industries, I could immediately see how to fit it into my niche without a problem. One thing I am still trying to work out is how I can getting the client acquisition. Blog posts and digital content I can do. But I strongly believe the videos will be the game changer. You've got this! 🔥 While video is challenging, you can always start with something that doesn't involve showing yourself or talking... IG reels would play really well to what you do. Having before and after shots.

I love the one package bundle idea. I wanted to get your take on being paid based on performance. Maybe a certain percentage of any revenue generated by what it is that you and your team does. I feel that your payment structure is also your guarantee. Would you create a video outlining what you feel the risk and rewards are?
The risk is too high on you with that model. There are so many factors out of your control with that kind of engagement.... I would only do that with clients where there is an established level of trust. Too easy for excuses or client mistakes to ruin your results or explain away your success
@@JasonAWhaling agreed. I've been trying to think about ways to mitigate that risk. Like contractually establishing a baseline revenue and doing an earn in to become an equity partner. I thank you for your take, as I respect your thought process and how you frame things for easy understanding.

I like to niche down to an attributes based upon the results someone wants to achieve. Example - Weight loss: Men > Married w/ Kids > Reclaim former/younger body Vs Mean > Single > Bulk Up For Self Confidence .... If the attribute or life situation can be tied to the reason behind why the person wants to achieve the result, it works better than just saying 'dudes' or 'dads'.... Hope that helps! Good stuff but it sounds to me like you’re delivering graphic design. This is not consulting IMO, this is design. Consulting is advice and consultation, correct? What am I missing?

I didn't get the points on "Variables", what's variables that can be there in results? that you achieve to get your clients a result that they expect?!!!
