I’ve actually seen one of these working in an old Lancia and I was very surprised as to how well it sounded as the 3.5mm jack cassettes didn’t sound great but the bluetooth ones are definitely worth the money.

If your running the standard radio in your Camry you might be able to do something similar of that radio is CD multi changer compatible. I’m sure you’ll be able to buy a cable that’ll plug directly into the cd changer port in the back of the stereo and you’ll be sorted. Use the stereo mode number in a google search with aux cable and you’ll find what you need
The option for a CD changer will not come up on the stereo unless you have the box plugged into the cd changer port. The stereo will just go from FM to Minidisc
If you have a cassette stereo you can also buy a Bluetooth cassette adapter. It's like the ones with the 3.5mm jack, but wireless.
