Winter Morning Routine in our newly renovated home. This is how we get ready and out the door in time for school with 3 kids and a dog. A: I was born and raised to Toronto, Ontario, Canada but moved to Essex in England when I was 14 years old. Hence my mixed up accent.

A: I worked in Marketing and PR but I now focus on my vlog full time.

A: I have been married to Matt for since 2009, he is the love of my life! We have three sons - Fraser (born 2010), Caleb (born 2013) and Jackson (born in 2016).

A: I use natural lighting 90% of the time and a softbox light during the winter / dark evenings.

My morning routine is pretty simple. I open one eye - and if the clock doesn't say 12pm. I turn around and go back to sleep. 😂😂

Hi Emily, I looked after a fussy eater cavapoo and I worked out it was the bowl he didn’t like in addition to the food issue. When I changed his feeding dish to a wider shallow dish or plate it seemed to help. 🥰 🐩🥰

Caleb is me every morning 🤣The death glare scrunched up not wanting to get up😅😭 It's so hard to want to get out of the warmth and coziness while my brain tries to wake up as well. I do not know of an eye cream, although I've seen some I like on Amazon with retinol. I have bought a new neck cream off Amazon though, for some reason this year has been a stressful one just like the previous years. Here's to hoping next year will be smooth sailing.

Hi Emily, I love the dermalogica vitamin c eye serum. I know it’s a serum but I prefer it to regular eye cream to help depuff my eyes. I just find I look more alert.
Just a tip, coffee before food raises cortisol and increases adrenaline. This can throw your hormones out of balance.

Hi Emily how are use. Thank you for the video loved it. So it's winter here we are meant to be in summer but it's been raining and cold most days horrible Victoria weather lol well lam in Geelong l love your area the morning walks are so nice l agree you smell the fresh morning you here the birds sing the sun shinning on tress it's beautiful. Been having an issue with my left foot l could have plantar fasciitis heal has been hurting me l bought soles to help and soaking feet with salt water it seems to help hoping it goes away so l can go for walks outside it's just something that just happened recently it hurts when l step and l used to go walking all the time. Hoping it goes away soon and be back to normal. Kiki is Soo beautiful. Keep warm. :)

The festive green dress looks beautiful on you. I love your routines and all of your videos so much because they make me happy. Jackson is so sweet getting himself ready for the day. Watermelon is so good and lovely in the summer time as it is a summer fruit. Papaya mango and strawberries are also summer fruits which also taste so amazing. I love all the fruits! I like having showers or baths also curly or straight hair on myself every time. I tend to wake up at round 6am or 7am every morning because it gives me an hour to get myself sorted and ready for the day. I really love your new kitchen so much! I love coffees with neither oat or coconut milk because it’s really good taste as well. I try and remember to take my vitamin D drinks everyday without forgetting to have them. I like curling my hair. The coffee and the warm biscuit and raspberry overnight oats sounds delicious and healthy! The cheese bagels are nice! The best eye cream is the hydrated eye cream by Clarins and double serum too. I use my Lancôme face wash cream all the time and I love it so much! I saw that the Lancôme has the pump version of the face cream and I’m getting that one after Christmas which I’m so excited for using a new face wash by Lancôme again. I love having porridge fruits yoghurts and toasts eggs for breakfast as well. Can you tell me what’s the name of the new video which is coming up on Wednesday evening at 7pm from you please?
