    It is my dream to be in Raymond blanc garden and of course to have a wonderful meal at le manoir. He has such passion for all what we see.. so much to be considered into the plate from the garden. it is absolutely heart and soul. Love it! Thank you for posting this to share ones love.

    its great to see the varieties of tomato at the end. I have grown lots of tomatoes over the years but the ones you have picked out for flavour I agree are the best. The black cherries are my favourite also because they produce much later into the season and can handle the weather when it initially gets really cold. I have been picking black cherry tomatoes while it is snowing and the fruit has been perfect still

    Useful to have the varieties of tomato explained for their cooking use. I would suggest tk try the golden beetroot, rather than the large white variety Raymond Blanc showed. They are smaller, and with a slightly earthy flavour when cooked, and have a yellow-orange colour. All of The produce he showed is well grown

      Beetroot: Crapaudine
      Celeriac: Ibis
      Haricot beurre: Butter bean
      Tomato: Marmande, Tigerella, Black Cherry, Yellow clementine, Roma, San Marzano

    Interesting video, thanks for posting. It would be good if you kindly list the names of the varieties in the description.
    On a side note, I hope the vegetables shown were not wasted and used for cooking.
