Ignite me was supposed to be the last book. Shatter me should have been the trilogy but because it got such a big hype, Taherah Mafi wrote 3 more. That's also why writing style kind of changes in Restore Me

yess! Ignite me was supposed to be the last book but it was so popular that Tahereh wrote more. Btw, ignite me and defy me were my fave books in the series, maybe even restore me too. And the final offer and collided were so good! I love Lauren Asher. Loved this video!! 💕💕💕

A dystopian series I really liked was the Uglies series by Scott Westerfeld! It’s a YA series that is so quick to read. It’s only 4 books and I would recommend it if your liking dystopian books! Although I will say, the last book is not my favorite but it’s still good

I know you would absolutely LOVE ‘the cheat sheet’ by Sarah Adams, its the cutest best friends to lovers and fake dating, football NFL x ballet dancer clean romance, Nathan is a famous model but is also in the NFL, Bree is an ex ballet dancer but had to quit when she was younger due to a car accident, so she became a ballet teacher instead and opened her own dance studio! Nathan and Bree are honestly my favourite book couple ever and i will never stop raving about this book, especially because its not talked about NEARLY as much as it should be. This book deserves so much attention i love it so much and i really think you will too! It’s just so cute and has the perfect summer vibes ive re-read it 3 times lmao

One of my favorites is Play With Me! I know… the title already sounds predictable. Haha! It’s a hockey romance and it was definitely a 5 star read for me! It does have a lot of spice since it has the friends with benefits and brother’s best friend tropes - BUT the story line underneath all of that is so sweet!! Garrett Anderson is one of my favorite book boyfriends now!
I really want to try those books out! Everyone keeps recommending them to me 🤭

My favorite books of the Shatter Me series are Ignite Me, Defy Me, and Unravel Me, though Restore Me was great too. I still remember how shocked I was at the end. And my favorite novellas were Destroy Me and probably Believe Me, though I do love Kenji. And yes, it was originally a trilogy with the 2 novellas, but then she added on years later. She added the last novella a year after the main last book and I'm so glad!

I think what happened with the Never After series was that Emily switched to trad publishing so it changed the editing style etc. I preferred the first 2 also!
