You can bounce from water if you're fast enough, just TM psychics, and he didn't fly; it was an invisble wall.
its when you place water blocks in the air they become invisible.

Lel you're totally wrong indeed xddRPG actually stands for Role Playing Game, an RPG track is a track where there's an atmosphere, and tricks, and adventure, this is why they are mostly hard and why you sometimes have to search the way ;)
