I didn't think Jordan was that bad. At least he tried. Rhys was just making snotty comments the whole time and really didn't do anything. IMO he should have left
How did the cameraman in the car with him not laugh when he said "give it 5 years and I'll be more successful than Lord Sugar" haha in your dreams, kid.
Reading the comments I initially thought that Reece was fired but I was pleased to see it was Jordan. He was really annoying me because he was so arrogant. I was working all my life in my dad's cafe, scrubbing floors and washing dishes at closing time and when I wasn't doing school work I was learning how to do stock counts. (8-18 years old) I now own my own business now. But I still had a friendly personality and treated people with kindness and respect.I never gloated because it becomes obnoxious. (Kind of like 90% of these kids.)No matter what you do or how well you do it, remember that we are all equal. The people they are looking down upon can see this and they are paying for your product. That is why I feel like the girls team won because they were genuine. We are all humans and you always have to sometimes take responsibility for your actions ((Tim should have apologised for selling it at the wrong price and explained why he never knew the price. ((Jordan should have been there.))I admire that he got rid of it all in bulk but it was a huge loss. It's better to keep the cheese if it's still in date then just giving it away. I understand it was a challenge but the cheese is money you could sold it the next day and not just give it away. That is probably why Lord Sugar was angry because he would have rather kept the cheese then lose £200)) People need to learn to apologise and step up, because you make a simple mistake will turn into a huge fanfare that is 100% worse in terms of character etc...Just say sorry. As for Zoe I believe she handled her sales really well. I feel that from a workers perspective a manager doesn't do the sales. The manager watches the sales, choses the strategies, location, tells people what jobs to do,make sure pricing is correct and I don't feel that Jordan did all that. He was just floating around and not stepping up as a leader like he bragged he was at the beginning.
give it five years you'll be stil £10000000000000000 behind lord sugar m8. its been 4 years and i hant heard of jordan whatever your last name is yet! Where's the success now Jordan?
Sugar had some kind words for Jordan. And Tim, he was dead lucky. Blaming the wind, selling that last load of cheese for a quid, admitting that he was nervous about selling to the public .... he was dead lucky to stay
Tim later turned things around and actually got all the way to the final. Only at the absolute final hurdle did he not get hired. It was his poor performance at the beginning, including his use of the wind as an excuse, that ultimately counted against him.
Why do people say such horrible things about the candidates on here? They may be a little arrogant at times, but they are trying to do something great with their lives, and challenge the stigma that our generation get. Each and every one of them has something great, in my opinion.
I hope Jordan grew up. It took Lord Sugar years and become much more wiser and machure to get where he is today. Let that be a good lesson for Jordan. He isn't perfect, nobody is!
wow i think these people are seriously mature, completely different to the adult version, there was no shouting or speaking over eachother in the board room!
HAHA what made me laugh was at the end in 5 years i will be the same or biger than lord sugar, it took lord sugar more than 15 years to become the person he is today LMAO!
He was a child. He had done things at his age that many of those making nasty comments here will never achieve. Easy to sit back and be a troll, give this guy credit for his enterprise. It is TV, editing can accentuate characteristics and this for the sake of entertainment. Pity there are such idiots in this world that they think they know someone from an appearance on tv.
While I disagree with some of the disgusting slurs thrown at the guy (though I understand that this is standard fare with the lcd forming a large percentage of UA-cam's commenter base), I do agree with Alan Sugar's decision here. Reese did not force that location on him, he should have helped lazy Tim with the trade strategy and his decision to have the cheaper cheese as the special instead of pushing the more expensive cheese to the public for better margins was IMO the fatal flaw.
@jaychoujielunfan haha, yeah, valid point. The second season of this just started, and I didn't bother to give the first season a go, since I thought it would be crappy. Well, I gave season 2 a chance, since I really love the apprentice, and I have to say these candidates are all very impressive.
@HeavyMechNS Lol that was a bit shocking. He has so much potential. I wonder if part of the reason Lord Sugar let him go is because he's in the internet arena, something Lord Sugar may not want to deal in.
OMG I think the kids are even worse than the regular Apprentice candidates. The way they all talk about themselve at the beginning is sickening. The blonde/short hair is pretty full of herself...but I guess you have to be in business. But I still love this show...they all become very modest after a few tasks.
what i find weird is that after bashing each other in the boardroom, outside they seem all fine with each other, like they all subliminally understand that it's just "business" and nothing personal....weird!
There 16/17 so course they think there gonna make millions but I don't think he made the right choice. Anyone who can't take ownership of a decision wrong or right should be fired over someone who can't own up to there mistakes.
@jumpforjoy6 it's good to have an ambition than not have one. Unlike some haters at home 'scoffing themselves with crisps and drinking coke' *rollseyes*
Jordan could be a success, but not on the frontlines of any company he started. He'd need to partner with someone charismatic and generally likeable, like a Jim Eastwood. No matter how great the product or service, if one had to deal directly with Jordan, they'd pass.
LMAO, Jordan thinks he will be "just as successful, if not more" than Sugar in five years time. What a deluded punk. Alan must regret sending him off with nice words. I quite like the rest of the boy's team, they don't have an egotistical attitude. The girls, well I'm still considering.
Homophobic slurs, you're a funny one. Despite agreeing with him being fired, at least he's achieved something whereas you're sat here watching this on UA-cam. Grow up and welcome to the 21st century.
why can't we use voting system for firing apprentice.? wat if say 100 business experts let to vote for apprentice from bottom board to fire? thumps up if you agree guys.
"Yeah, im going to win this, these people are ni competition"
*gets out first*
Ya lol
"You were here." Nice little speech Sugar gave before the firing. That was cool of him.
Notice how he goes much easier on the youths than he does on adults.
@@petercdowney yes, and rightly so
Well so much for Jordan saying he was sure he was going to win
I didn't think Jordan was that bad. At least he tried. Rhys was just making snotty comments the whole time and really didn't do anything. IMO he should have left
@@colinvanblaricom6573 ikr
To be honest, I don't think that Lord Sugar was as stern to them as he is to adults, which is a good thing at least.
+AniRazGaming. Yes. When he fired Jordan (at 5:00- 5:31) it was perhaps the first time I've seen a softer side to him.
That's what I've noticed too.
Gordon Ramsay is like that too.
It's been 5 years Jordan mate
Diego Gee It’s been 8 years Jordan mate
He's working at Google, according to LinkedIn
It's been 10 years Jordan Mate
But he was there mate, while u were sitting on a couch, eating crisps, drinking cola.
@@bia8367 lmaoo yeah
Is it just me or does Rhys sound like he always has a cold.
Nope
Yes, he's so annoying...
He’s a lawyer now
Reece is straight gangster
Rhys*
At least the person who got fired gets to leave in the Rolls-Royce and not a taxi. 😊
How did the cameraman in the car with him not laugh when he said "give it 5 years and I'll be more successful than Lord Sugar" haha in your dreams, kid.
6:53 'give it 5 years and I will be as successful as Lord Sugar'. it's almost been 5 years, I haven't heard your name anywhere in the news
I looked him up, he works for Google and still has his own company and has had it for 4 years and a few months.
Was just thinking that :)
i am glad that jordan went

Give him a break! He's 14! He is still learning how to handle failure!
It's been 4+a bit years, Jordan. Good luck!

I did

Was I seeing things or did Lord Sugar almost shed a tear at 5.28 just before he fired Jordan ???
I hope Jordan grew up. It took Lord Sugar years and become much more wiser and machure to get where he is today. Let that be a good lesson for Jordan. He isn't perfect, nobody is!
I go to the same school as Jordan, he's been paying kids to say he's actually nice.
I started feeling sorry for him, then he said 'I'm better than all of them'... he seemed sooo stuck up :O x
wow i think these people are seriously mature, completely different to the adult version, there was no shouting or speaking over eachother in the board room!
Wow I can’t believe he said that “I’m better then them”
This was used in my GCSE listening exam...
Cocky! Been 5 years and where’s he at now
How much time was left when they made the bulk sale? That is an important piece of information that was not discussed.
Wow Lord Sugar looks like he's probably a really good boss.
I wonder what it's like to work for him
bless him, i feel sorry for him
Anyone else think that Reece looks like Jeremy Clarkson
At least Jordan got to go home in the phantom
HAHA what made me laugh was at the end in 5 years i will be the same or biger than lord sugar, it took lord sugar more than 15 years to become the person he is today LMAO!

Tim should of been carbon dated before this process. Man is 31 years old
Jordan looks like Bill from Fat Albert and Rhys looks like he needs to go to the loo.
His posh voice creeps me out
The arrogance with Jordan "I'm better than everyone" more successful than Lord Sugar in 5 years" ??? Ok mate thats why u got fired first 😂😂
Jordan was well to cockey, there is no way in 5 years he will be as succesful or more than lord sugar. I acctually cheered when he got fired
Jordan, Pee-Wee Herman called he wants his walk back.
omg in 5 years he wants to be more successful than lord Sugar XDXDXD. But you have to admit he has got fighting spirit. XD
While I disagree with some of the disgusting slurs thrown at the guy (though I understand that this is standard fare with the lcd forming a large percentage of UA-cam's commenter base), I do agree with Alan Sugar's decision here. lmaooo look at jordan's face on 0:18
He just doesn't like people with poncy voices
Wow he was my favorite ....
i had respect for Jordan, until he said he could be more succesful then Lord Sugar, worse still in only 5 years.
Tim looks like Jack Whitehall
HAHAHAHAHHAHAHHAAH more successful than Lord Shuggs in 5 years..... How cute!!

what did jordan say when lord sugar fired him?
Thank you for the opportunity

It’s been 8 years oh and your not even famous Jordan mate
In 5 years he can be just as successful as Lord Sugar?!!! And he says this when he's the first to go on kiddy's apprentice??!
'He didnt follow through' pffft lol

We're doing this as a script in my English lessons. I had to play Jordan. Couldn't help my self from doing a gay Jedward voice.
Lord sugar is actually soft...
He's got to on the kids, he says about it in the autobiography. What you see is what you get
@kawola17 he can do well without the competition anyway, he's done fine in business
Is it me.. or is LORD SUGAR crying at the end? he certainly has red, slightly glassy eyes..
There 16/17 so course they think there gonna make millions but I don't think he made the right choice. Anyone who can't take ownership of a decision wrong or right should be fired over someone who can't own up to there mistakes.
to sum up the episode in a sentence: complacency gets you nowhere
I like Tim :D
thanks :)
@mpercy1994 he is in my school and he is gay and is sometimes depressed so don't comment shit about ppl when u don't know them

the wolrd's changed forever...."yapees" are born now , rather than raised...
Jordan being fired is unfair.
hahaha
Jordan could be a success, but not on the frontlines of any company he started. He'd need to partner with someone charismatic and generally likeable, like a Jim Eastwood. No matter how great the product or service, if one had to deal directly with Jordan, they'd pass.
same =/ im analyzing this one =/
rhys needs a punch
that's not a very nice thing to say to a 16 year old, don't you think?
@mrfrostynova hahaha nice 1 :)
i don't know why he fired jourdon, the others were doing worse than him
agree
LMAO, Jordan thinks he will be "just as successful, if not more" than Sugar in five years time. What a deluded punk. Alan must regret sending him off with nice words.
