I love the way he sends them home in his own roller AMS1 vs the senior version where they get cabs. Lord Sugar genuinely cares about these youngsters. Nice guy!
I will say this about these kids: I think they handle themselves well under pressure. There's no way I could have conducted myself as professionally as they do at that age. At 16 I was lucky to be working at McDonald's.
pffffffffffff THANK YOU VERY VERY DEEPLU VERY MUCH FOR POSTING THIS. IM FROM MEXICO AND THEY DONT EVEN KNOW WHAT THE APPRENTICE IS AHHAH IM A BIG BAN OF IT BUT DIIDNT KNOW THEY WERE ON A JUNIOR SEASON!!!!!!!. BUT THE WEEK BEFORE I GOT AN ADDICTION AND WATCH THE 3 EPISODES ALL IN A RUSH THANK YOU VERY MUUUUUUUCH. IWAS WAITING THE HOURS TODAY!!!! THANK YOU
These 'Juniors' are all top-notch. Smarter and more capable than so many of the adult Apprentices I've seen in any series. Hannah was consistently good, and she was practical, despite what Sugar said - but I guess someone had to go. Sugar and Co should be more praising of these Juniors at each 'firing' - way too harsh for 16 to 17 year old very bright youngsters at times.
i turn 17 in a month... i hope to have half the ambition and acumen these contestants have, an inspiration they have been in journey through school, and indeed life.
It is very interesting how he gives fired boys this kind of uplifting speech about how well they've done to even be there but girls just get 'you're fired'...
After watchin the senior version, I've noticed Lord Sugar is significantly softer on the youngsters...you can tell he cares about them but he's still harsh enough. If he handled them the same way he does to the adults, the teens would crack right there in the board room
Sugar has made the wrong decision in almost every board room on this season. Kristie easily should have been the one to go. It was her terrible manner and complete lack of effort to close the artist they wanted that was the primary loss of the task. Then she still wouldn't take responsibility for it after ward, and never accepted or acknowledge that it was her job to do better rather than make the lame excuse that she had no experience with art. That had zero to do with it.
That's it with everything these days..I think kids are so tied to their screens that the only time they hear their own voice is when they are actually interacting with world. They are doing what they would have normally done between the age of 0-2 in a post SM/Screen world.

I really wanted to know what the invention was. Kinda like what's in the briefcase in Pulp Fiction.
Maybe I'm naive but I get the sense Sir Alan really cares about these kids and will follow up with them.
IT SHOULD HAVE BEEN KIRSTY!!!!!!!!!
Sorry mum
How red is Zoe's lipstick, am sure it is brighter than last week! Thanks for uploading this, as I'm in SE Asia and so am unable to watch it in the UK.

Ugh! Kirsty does my head in. Cant wait for her to get the boot.
I teach Middle School kids in a Business Class and they think the same.
I actually feel that Kirsty should have gone on this particular task, she was terrible!
yeessssssss....hannah went..!!!!!! she was constantly seeking shelter under tim's suiit..!!

Why cant discussion remain on the topic of the apprentice, so many feel a desperate need to argue over meaningless matterrs with others !
Thanks for posting.
tims socks are hilarious!
My sweet lord gets it right again.
nice to see spoilers in the right hand pics regarding the winner :(

I liked kirsty
Kirsty was great!
kirsty should have gone man!
6:51 the kids look like they're on Dragon's Den.
Tim is kind of docile, like a sheep...
6:45 MY EARS!!! My poor ears.... *sob*
Hannah shouldn't of gone. Should of been Kirsty.
At 6:45: Why do women scream when they're excited? It has happened elsewhere on the Apprentice.
