Just saw this dance - never watched DWTS but really enjoyed Evan Lysacek's skating career. This is absolutely AWESOME. This is some of the best dancing I have ever seen on or off the ice. Wow!! They are perfect, flawless.

This was uploaded about a year and half ago and I still go back and watch it. Evan and Anna are fabulous in this dance. I agree that this or their Argentine Tango was not only the best dance of season 10 but the best Paso & AT ever danced on DWTS.

Oh yes! I think this was even better than the 5/17 performance, because they were not being judged. Evan could relax and just perform. Better than just about every paso in the history of DWTS.
And I didn't even know who he was before the season started.

it's been a year after they did this dance and it still is beautiful EVERY TIME! :)
The camera work is better than the first night which makes this performance even more AWESOME!
@RavenMoonwind That is a great comment and a great compliment. I think Evan just exceeded everybody's expectations this season... and punctuated that with this dance. The final should be awesome!

Definitely, that was way better than the first night. They should always have college students in the audience because the energy was awesome and added to the performance :)
My mom was surfing the channels and i heard this song and i'm like "STOP!!! TURN THAT CHANNEL BACK ON!!" and she's like "WTF?!"
Anna looks so much better with her hair down. Awesome dance!
I see some Nicole fans have come here to diminish an incredible Paso and partnership. No amount of sniping about hip movement cancels the seductive connection, power, and charm of Evanna's performances. Evan became a male lead and learned ballroom technique with half the training time of other couples. Anna's choreography was inventive and showed Evan at his best. He was class throughout and really appreciates Nicole's skill. Let's give them both their due.

So I saw their first routine just a few minutes ago. Then I see this, same routine, but totally different performance. This was 100x better than the first.
The first was boring, this was entertaining to watch.

@cmccloskey09 I don't know - he did a great rumba. His cha-cha was kind of inhibited because of the theme. I'll agree his samba wasn't the best - but he did at least have hip movement. But I think Nicole was more versatile
he was robbed. this paso was sexy and masculine. i think it rank as 2nd behind gilles and cheryl's.

I agree. His steps were much better tonite :D.
Not really. The judges had to ride him for weeks about his moves being too 'ballet' and soft for what they wanted in ballroom. Plus they were on him for his lack of footwork, since skaters don't really engage in the same kind of footwork for skating as dancing. It was only in the last couple of weeks of competition that Anna was able to knock that out of him.
