So sorry you’re going through this awful anxiety. I recall years ago if I was ever late for a meeting at work I used to ring my mum up and say what shall I do??! 😂 She would say - just walk in! So I would and it wouldn’t be half as bad as I imagined it would be, but I know social anxiety can me mentally crippling! I love your little kitten 🐈‍⬛ and your older cat is gorgeous ❤ . The damp/mould in your home must be an absolute nightmare and obviously making you feel even more anxious. I hope you can get it sorted out soon xxx
