You'll be delayed later by not using latex if your article is refused by any reason. To send it to another journal, you'll have to re-format it from scratch, as oposite to use latex which allows you to just get a new template and transfer your texts to that new template, so the final result is automatically formated for the new journal specifications.
Just few hours ago, got rejection email. When i build the the pdf file through the journal online submission system , it shows corrupted equations howevere the original word file doesn't show such issue; i have tried to explore many solution but vainly. I got advice that with Latex i will not face such issues. Now Iam here humbly searching youtube videos to learn about Latex.
Hi, I managed to transfer all the latex content from IEEE Access to Elsevier template. I t works fine but the references are not working (error: citation...undefined) eventhough i have my BibTex Database .bib file present at the working folder. Also in my tex file , I did "\bibliographystyle{elsarticle-num} and \bibliography{bibfile}" . Any idea why ? Thx.
This is one of the worst videos I've ever come across for help and ended up being MUCH MORE CONFUSED. What you presented does NOT align with the title.
What a slow and convoluted thing, that's why I prefer good old Office Word. Straight to the point and without delay.

Are you brazilian / portuguese speaker?
@@cristianoo2 This formatting step can also be done easily in Word. My criticism of Latex and the tedious way things are done.
