Hello botpress.. Is there a tutorial that can help with collecting orders, taking payment and delivery address, add menu list or product list and prices .. I have been trying to figure it out since 3 days and now I am frustrated

Thank you for this informative video! I am a beginner trying to learn Botpress, but I am having trouble creating a chatbot on my own. I am 65 years old and have a website (very old and simple HTML site) but the only thing what is missing is a chatbot.
Could you please create a simple chatbot in Dutch that I can use on my website? The chatbot should mainly be used to answer all possible questions about diabetes and should be able to search specific websites for information.
I would really appreciate your assistance with this!

Watch Office Space and the character of Bill Lumbergh in it, and you'll see how ridiculous this habit is. :D
Hi Robert, is it possible to have your bot answer but not from a knowledge base? So maybe you can write a system prompt into different sessions of the bot to enable it exhibit different capabilities when called upon

Hey there! I new with Botpress and I have a question. I added to the knowledge base the URLs with all the information the bot needs but there are some questions that even though the bot should be able to answer them, it sends me to look for the information on the webpage.
Does anyone nows how to solve this and make the bot answer my question instead of making me look for it?

I'm a realtor trying to get rapid apis zillow api to show a response through botpress. I use active pieces which is similar to zapier. Haven't figured it out yet.

Thank you. I can see we can enter only domains as KB. When will you add the option to add any url. This is a major limitation in botpress. No other bot building tool in the market has this limitation.
You can add URLs by going to Knowledge Base > Web Page > Add from URL.

You can do it with a trigger. They have a video about that on their channel.

@@Botpress Excellent, thank you! I've been loading transcripts of your videos into Claude and asking him to be my botpress coach, he helps a lot but does not have all the answers. Am I missing something, or do you have a bot trained to do the same?
