AWS S3 should be related to Amazon's cloud storage capabilites. I think the chatbot will have access to a company's data that runs on AWS too

AWS S3 is used for data storage for website and other web stuffs. Big sites store stuff there to speed up loading, etc. etc.

By far the best hustle yt video!! Thank you for this but I have a question. You've built the demo custom ai model using the entire site. How can one improve that model and offer it as "premium package"? What are specific improvements that can be made using CustomGPT or other tools? You're the best!
Its felt consistently this last 6 months more than before that a train is zooming past and we have to jump on quick and set ourselves up for where the train is going cos its going fast...
S3 is godmode storage from AWS. If you learn S3 you can go after massive names.. like chipotle, etc.
so i have one thing on my mind when it comes to this strategy. if i would want to make this a monthly based service, i would need to bring a constant value to my client. not only implementing chat bot. i dont know if there is much space for things other than that
i had the same thought, i was thinking they could do a one time payment for it and then use that to advertise the other things i can help them do instead
i went deeper into topic of chatbots and other ai related things and maintanance costs money. for example ai chatbot (cuz thats what aiming for) has a specified cost per message so you can charge client monthly just in sake of keeping the bot up. your idea is also great. yoou can advertise other things and charge for them too
they need to pay monthly for hosting it.
or you could provide 2 updates and help manage the leads. Add additional services such as SEO optimization etc
What stops them from building this themself if it’s quick & easy to do, if they’re more than a one man team or already have a tech department? What are you relying on to get them to need you to do the service? Thank you Liam.
Hey Liam, I don’t understand how you would move your chatbot into a clients website section. Looks really easy when it’s your own website you made, but how would you get access to theirs
You just send them the script tag from botpress and they will copy and paste into their website

The thing is if you build their bot before they buy it, they will understqnd how eqsy it is to build qnd they will buid it themselves. You will just give them a free very good improvment for their compqny.

hey, I really like what you're doing. For your general knowledge, AWS stands for Amazon Web Service which is the cloud-based services provided by Amazon and S3 is the name of a data storage in cloud service (at 6:10). I'd advise you to look into AWS, as it can be very interesting when you run your own agency (or ask chatgpt about the benefits of AWS for an AAA/SMMA xD ).

$500 mth, or $6,000 a year up front. Is there any or much maintenance involved? Have you yourself sold this service and tested it?
We tie this package in with our other services, but $500-1000 a month with a setup fee is the preference, it all depends on complexity and the nature of the client

In this case most probably the ROI will be measured by the amount of time and money and also effort the client saved in short term and long term

Is there any documentation further into their costs and indexing credits? And how do they define queries per month? Is it based on openai tokens etc.
Do you niche down to like ecomerce chat bots or realestate or just general?
So you would recommend a monthly retainer for this kind of service? Or do you think a set-put fee per bot + small fee for management makes more sense?
Both make sense to me, you have to remember that if you wouldn't provide this service they would have to have a number of employees doing the same job whom would also get paid monthly. However depending on the size of the business I would use one of your two options. For example, big companies would be more willing to pay a higher monthly fee than small companies since to them that makes no big difference (either pay x amount of money to x amount of people or pay a monthly fee of x amount instead). For small companies the high installation fee and reduced monthly fee would be more attractive. Or at least that's what I would think. Since they dont need a lot of people for that kind of job and then they'd probably rather keep their employees instead of paying a high monthly fee for it.

I liked the idea but I wonder how to overcome the client's fear of sharing his data like CRM data with a free lancer or a new agency like me that is already offered the 1st stage of the chatbot for free? Do you have solutions to make the client feel that his data is safe and not shared out of the company ?
There's actually no need for them to share CRM and sensible data with you, one thing it happens to me is that I need to retrieve some dynamic data for my clients such as Room availability for hotels - and I do so by integrating the chatbot with their PMS or eCommerce businesses with their inventory for item availability for example.

To be honest it’s easy for businesses to do most things themself, but business owners value their time over anything else. As should you.
Therefore it’s all about who your targeting and how you package this offer.

It can be in the thousands of dollars monthly. It depends how you sell your chatbot. Yes, this is easy to do, but not everybody knows that nor have any interest in it, nor would take the time to do it, but rather employ a contractor to have the chatbot setup.
Does the chatbot works on other languages as well, like Spanish?
Yea, if you train it in Spanish then it should speak spanish

I love the idea with customgpt but you are saying that it’s smart to provide the chat it upfront (I totally agree). But even the plan for 499 only allows for 100 custom chatbots. How would you manage this when reaching out to new clients and scaling the outreach?

You mean giving this as a 'freebie' regarding the set-up, right? Since you have to pay for the bot every month, that would be done by the client by transferring the ownership to them right? Or you would pay yourself and charge your client a monthly fee?

When reaching out to a client, and proposing they check out the chatbot and test it's features, where would this "preview/testing" phase take place with the client if it isn't already embedded into their website? I'm assuming you do not want them to know where / how the bot is built, otherwise what is to stop them doing this manually without the need to pay me? Since it is so easy to do ... lol

Why I would go to my accountant’s chatbot?! While I can ask these easy questions on chatGPT. If the chatbot can give answer to personal question I.e my due amount to HMRC. That would be great!

I see 49$ plan only allows 500 queries. If there are 100 visitors to my website and they ask 5 queries each, I'd be exhausting my query limit easily!

I know GPT bots can sometimes make up information from nothing. Could this happen with client ChatBots?
For instance, if it doesn't know the answer to a question, then will it make it up or say it doesn't know?
It will say, "Sorry I don't know the answer"
