    The most important thing i learned in college about anxiety was that 97% of* the things we worry about, will never come true, 2% we cannot control so concentrate on the 1% you can do something about and focus on solutions on that 1%.

      Even if you are seeing many things on an epimeral basis and experience it your belief got blasted with no limit. It is our belief that what we are seeing is the truth. For example we are seeing a lot of stars during the night , a few of them are black holes with extinguished luster many light years back.
      Coming to raw life couples who are keeping the esteem feeling and believing may cheat . Seeing is not an action to affirm believing. It just an experience only . Believing is an attitude only with or without logic. Science is still tenaciously struggling to rectify the great zones.
      Medicines are the gift of science , but unfortunately ADR is still killing a lot even if we believe in medicines.

    The 3rd tip is similar to what I've been saying too my kids over the years: "We are just a speck of dust". I have said this to my children from a young age and continue to say it, especially when they get too above themselves and believe in their own self importance. They now say it to me to remind me when I get too egotistical.

    I remember sitting with my granddaughter-she was afraid of ants and would cry and cry. We sat for a very long time-I would ask her questions about what she was finally seeing. She became fascinated as the ants went about their daily doings. Thank you for bringing back this beautiful remembrance.

    this is so beautiful my anxious thoughts have been really heavy the past days, i usually go outside but yesterday i was sitting down in the grass meditating, and i started playing with the grass. and i was like oh i feel bad im stepping on this other grass and i look down and touch one of the grass there was an ant walking on a tiny leaf on the grass and i just stared at it and i helped it get off the leaf as it was struggling to get down. i used to think people are in their own separate worlds and that may be true when i was seeing the ant i thought about how they don't have any mind and are just a tiny atom thing living passing by, and it seemed to be enjoying its self on the leaf and the sun was hitting it directly, and i thought there is no way this ant is aware of whats happening to them but i am aware right now & at that moment i feel really connected like im not alone and there must be another thing aware what's happening to me & something out there is watching and trying to help me too.

    I'm eternally grateful for discovering this genius, when times are tough I watch his videos and he speaks of so much clarity and freedom of spirit. I consider myself one of the lucky ones becoz i have my own spiritual journey that is within nature and nature is the only church I'll ever know. I can put down the phones and walk away from everything that modern life involves, to just get back to the simple things that we all need to live and to appreciate, whether its the sun on your face, the smell of grass, the wind in your hair and just be consoled within nature, its the most wonderful thing. He is amazing and his words resonate with me so much thank you Sadhguru

    Thank Sadhguru because I have been able to figure out to break free.. it’s a struggle sometimes when ur used to being negative all the time especially dealing with anxiety. Because of you I have been able to let go over my ocd n focus on the present and not the past. Everyday is a new day. Thank you there’s so much I want to say but thank you 🙏🥺 your my hero. Sometimes I catch myself so happy letting go of bad memories that’s I think to myself. Wow these feeling of feeling free feels too good to be true because I’m used to being negative we all love you.

    Action speaks volumes. All my worries and anxiety is killing me slowly. Does he care, does he want me, should I leave, should I stay, what happens if I leave, what happens If I leave, will I manage being alone, or should I endure the pain. I try to give up and move on but the pain is so excruciating that I literally feel it in my hands and feet, in my bones. I'm takings seriously I know. Im an over thinker. I love to much and can't let go like ppl do so easily. Im mature, yet immature. I'm strong yet weak. I know where I am yet im lost. I pray that time will help me grow and be stronger. For now I'm broken

    I know how painful it is to have anxiety. I used to have a hard time with it. I tried to meditate, breathing in and out, trying to calm my mind. and try to find something that keeps you from thinking about your worries especially listening to the sounds of the atmosphere It will help the brain focus on the sound. So I try to remember what kind of sound I like and which one helps me. Until I started making videos like this myself in hopes of helping others. Please open your mind and listen.

    evryone that spiritualy awakened last year mainly calling out number 3 to be worrying them the most makes me wonder...🤔 and is verry interesting to me! i know u calling out ur mandate is not something that should be discussed... but still it makes me wonder.... who got the most work to do consciously convince yourself, and make urself believe it..while not taking urself to seriously... its all really tough to even comprehend... still wondering we extualy should comprehend...it's as if we really shouldn't be so awake but because we strayed so much from our self that we need to be awake 😅😂 ... have a nice day all! stay safe! love u all !

    Sadguru's 4 tips is important for us but first very important do your present well people only think about future even me but if we do present well future will be blossom. Give your plant's water every day it will be blossom if you will not give water propely it will be not blossom this is fact. 👍❤️

    Every single person better listen to his wisdom and appreciate every single moment of life. Humans should take care of each other and start from yourself before pointing fingers and judging. It’s hard but I start from myself first. Just do the right thing since consciousness is the highest level of intelligence. Humans are intelligent beings but sometimes it’s forgotten.
