I have said this to my children from a young age and continue to say it, especially when they get too above themselves and believe in their own self importance. They now say it to me to remind me when I get too egotistical.
I remember sitting with my granddaughter-she was afraid of ants and would cry and cry. We sat for a very long time-I would ask her questions about what she was finally seeing. She became fascinated as the ants went about their daily doings. Thank you for bringing back this beautiful remembrance.

this is so beautiful my anxious thoughts have been really heavy the past days, i usually go outside but yesterday i was sitting down in the grass meditating, and i started playing with the grass. and i was like oh i feel bad im stepping on this other grass and i look down and touch one of the grass there was an ant walking on a tiny leaf on the grass and i just stared at it and i helped it get off the leaf as it was struggling to get down. i used to think people are in their own separate worlds and that may be true when i was seeing the ant i thought about how they don't have any mind and are just a tiny atom thing living passing by, and it seemed to be enjoying its self on the leaf and the sun was hitting it directly, and i thought there is no way this ant is aware of whats happening to them but i am aware right now & at that moment i feel really connected like im not alone and there must be another thing aware what's happening to me & something out there is watching and trying to help me too.
To hear this.. it reminds me of how often I overcomplicate things and how I must step back and take a breath and take some time to enjoy life. Thank you Saghguru for sharing your wisdom.🙏🙏

Thank Sadhguru because I have been able to figure out to break free.. it’s a struggle sometimes when ur used to being negative all the time especially dealing with anxiety. Because of you I have been able to let go over my ocd n focus on the present and not the past. Everyday is a new day. Thank you there’s so much I want to say but thank you 🙏🥺 your my hero. Sometimes I catch myself so happy letting go of bad memories that’s I think to myself. Wow these feeling of feeling free feels too good to be true because I’m used to being negative we all love you.
Action speaks volumes. All my worries and anxiety is killing me slowly. Does he care, does he want me, should I leave, should I stay, what happens if I leave, what happens If I leave, will I manage being alone, or should I endure the pain. I try to give up and move on but the pain is so excruciating that I literally feel it in my hands and feet, in my bones. I'm takings seriously I know. Im an over thinker. I know how painful it is to have anxiety. I used to have a hard time with it. I tried to meditate, breathing in and out, trying to calm my mind. and try to find something that keeps you from thinking about your worries especially listening to the sounds of the atmosphere It will help the brain focus on the sound. Every single person better listen to his wisdom and appreciate every single moment of life. Humans should take care of each other and start from yourself before pointing fingers and judging. It’s hard but I start from myself first. Just do the right thing since consciousness is the highest level of intelligence. Humans are intelligent beings but sometimes it’s forgotten.
