Can i recommend allowing mods for this to allow players to change character skin and allow for map creation, this game would be amazing if it introduced a replay system like session: skate sim.
I remember being in 9th grade, googling "parkour games" and none of them were really what I was looking for... the closest thing was mirror's edge, but there wasn't any tricking and I didn't love the first person element. You're developing the game I was looking for 7 years ago. I've also been following Storror's game development, but the movement seems over-realistic and clunky to control. It seems like you've struck a great balance between realistic movement that still feels snappy & enjoyable to control. Thanks for all of your hard work, I can't wait to enjoy what you've made!
Michael, from a lover of parkour to a lover of parkour thank you so much, I've never seen so much freedom in a parkour game that allows me to freely roam the world while doing sick moves. Growing up I've played vector, vector 2, mirrors edge, catalyst, Watch dogs 2 and they all have something going for them but none of them explore parkour like yours did. True freedom. There's a game on Roblox called Parkour I always wanted on steam, guess its here :3 Ill be getting it as soon as it comes out and as final notes birb

As someone who’s always wanted a dedicated parkour game, I’m so excited that someone’s making it. The only thing we really had was Dying Light which I adore but a dedicated game like this has me beyond hyped .

Parkour Reborn is the game that mostly feels like as a Mirrors edge spiritual successor imo, its still on early acess and the parkour there is like Mirrors Edge but more in depth and with more mechanics
Hey Michel, I am so hyped for this game and I think its amazing! Something I would really enjoy seeing is a behind-the-scenes of how you made the game if you are comfortable sharing. I saw you made a small short about it, but a more detailed one could be cool! I'd love to know how you made the maps and texturing. I know sometimes devs don't want to do it because they feel that others could take their ideas or such, and that is totally valid! But make sure you pace yourself and take lots of breaks!
I would love to see the following in the future... More in depth character customizations, multiplayer, map maker, fluid clothing (clothes that move with the wind like watch dogs 1) , and the option to import custom kusic

I just found the release date announcement trailer, and I was worried this was gonna be one of those games I would find, get super excited for, then realize that it's super early in development and not be out for years. I'm so glad it's coming out soon! I just got back into playing Skate 3, and I was totally wishing there was a game like that focused on parkour. A game like this is one I've never seen before, but always dreamed of playing. I'll definitely be grabbing it when the 21st rolls around, keep up the absolutely phenomenal work :)

I'll definitely buy it when it comes out, I really needed a new parkour game (A guy can play Mirror's Edge and Classic Creed for so long lol) On the off chance you haven't thought about it, consider adding some Steam Workshop/Mod support for custom maps and/or player models. You have laid a very solid foundation for machinima-style artistic expression and allowing players to flex their artistic muscles in environments and with characters tailored to their vision is bound to give the game a big boost in longevity
Tricks are so satisfying to look... You said you are using Cascadeur to make those animations. It would be really cool to show how you do them. Can't wait to play the game. good luck
I cant wait!!! saw the devlogs and had it in my wishlist ever since. I did wonder if I'll be able to mod in my own levels, or if there was an in game level editor (hopefully a lil less tedious than celaria's) but I barely have enough experience with unreal lol.
To be completely honest, I have no idea how to do either one at the present moment. I'm still learning and taking things one step at a time, but never say never! I'll see what i can do in the future!

as a guy who loves parkour games, this IS by far the most perfect parkour game. to be honest i dont think i would be able to afford it but i would love to see the updates in the future i think it would be a great idea to make a "map creator" mode when players can make their own levels and publish them but hey its your game and you do whatever you want with it.

The reason this game will be awesome is because of the intention that you have as the developer, which is to make the best game possible, whereas big companies are just interested in making as much money as possible. That's why in the 2010's such masterpieces like the Arkham series, Assassin's Creed series or Mirror's Edge were created because people wanted something new and developers were really pushing the boundaries of what making video-games was at the time, they put a lot of effort into creating the best single-player experience possible. Nowadays big developers mostly release garbage games with the only intent of profiting as much as possible, i mean just look Kill the Justice League smh.

I don't want to impose my own expectations, but I'm about too. I kinda hope this is like the "Olli Olli 2" for parkour games. Just the basic gameplay loop being the driving force and the entertaining things that happen as a result of that. I know that's vague, but I've never made a game lol.

You already have my money, but one thing I’d like to see is a fully customizable FoV and viewmodel FoV (arm FoV ?), this could increase customization a little more and overall make this game better, hope to see those 2 features!

Havent been as excited for a game since Cyberpunk lol, literally counting down the days at this point
lol let's hope this game doesn't take years of updates to be good
I have had this game wish listed since the first time I saw it, I can't wait until the 21st to play it. I hope everyone feels the same way I do, because this game looks like so much fun.

How many years have it been? So many years have passed since the days I used to play AC franchise just for their parkour (And The hoodie and the HB) but you my guy have made a parkour game that looks like what I've always wanted. A game that looks good and is not boring or overly realistic.

This has to be the best parkour game every other game is okay but it never really fully put in a parkour feature but I game fully about parkour is amazing

Maybe we should transition the suggestions channel into some kind of forum/poll structure so you can more easily track what the most popular requests are and factor that into prioritization
I am an expired tracer and been feeling the lack of good Parkour games. My Parkour vision is probably a bit rusty, but this should help fix that!
You already have my money, but one thing I’d like to see is a fully customizable FoV and viewmodel FoV (arm FoV ?), this could increase customization a little more and overall make this game better, hope to see those 2 features!
