I love your videos, mostly because you talk to your subscribers as individual people. What I mean is you talk as you would during a normal conversation. I like that!
The eye roller by garnier fructis is the best for under eye bags! I use it every morning. You can also keep it in the fridge and that makes your eyes pop alive.
elle..about the baginess of your bags...what i do is put a lighter concealer on the part where it casts a shadow cause it lessens the appearance of the bags...then just kinda match the color of the other parts where there is blue to your skin color...that's how i conceal my pimples too..i actually got this technique from tiffany d....hope i helped...
try using 2 cold tea bags, they can be used or not. You soak them in cold water, and then you put them on your bags. The caffiene takes away the puffyness, and it also soothes under the eye and gives some nutrients back to that part of the face.
Try the Make Up For Ever professional concealer palette. I have the one for light skin cause i'm hella pale, but it has a brilliant salmon corrector that you put over the bags, then add another one of the normal skin colored concealers over the salmon color on your bags and they totally disappear. At least for me. I'm pretty sure you can find the salmon corrector by itself so you don't have to buy the other concealers with it. :]
i love mermaid to order! i fell in love when i walked in the store. and i saw that mascara at sephora last week & wanted to try it out because it looked pretty...haha on the other hand, the twilight stuff, those kinds of things make me look shiny; so i steer clear.
Don't know if you've tried this yet but its what I do and tell others to try is to freeze two metal spoons over night then in the morning just hold them on the bags under your eyes for maybe thirty seconds to a minute and it works to remove the puffiness. Ps. it is cold but it helps wake you up in the morning :)
for the sleep cream, i always used to use aloe vera, like for sunburns' which sounds weird because sleepy bags aren't red, but it just evens out your skin, i would use it if i had two shows in a night and i was tired and the bags looked bad on stage, and also chapstick, plain clear or white chap stick, always worked just dab a bit, but be careful with both because they will irritate if you get them in your eyes, but that is what i used, i always looked rested!!!! love your videos :)
I had a spate of insomnia last year and I litterally had no sleep for six days - you can imagine how I looked! :P I used Benefit's Eyecon for it and I found it really good. I still use it religiously under my make up and in the evening going to bed. Its supposed to fade the darkness over time, which I find has happened, but I don't know if its coupled with me geting more sleep. I hear that Benefit do a de-puffing eye gel as well, but I haven't tried that one.
I've been wearing hair extensions for about 2 years now. I sew my own extensions on too. I used to buy my hair extensions for about the same price as yours, but can you believe I found the same kind at the "flea market" for $10! That was so amazing! The ones I bought were only about 13 inches, so I'm gonna have to check back for longer ones when I get a chance.
Vichy Eye Roller Ball from the Aqualia Thermale Collection is a god send for people to dark circles / bags!! I have them bag too and this stuff is great.
i cant wait to see how you like the clinique foundation , i wont buy foundation cause i break out really easy so i hope youll love it so i can go buy it. love your vids girly . ccongrats on seventeen mag
I used Molton Brown eye cream before and it was great! I stayed up 2 nights in a row when I was studying for my exams and used it day and night and no bags at all, I would recommend! I think they only have 1 xx
Mermaid to Order is amazing. I loved it in the store. When I tried it in the store, I didn't really like it but out in the sun, it like reflects when you turn your foot. Lovee it now lol.
OMG I never thought of sewing my own, for my senior prom ( a year ago) I spent like $300 on hair extentions ( real human hair) with all the clips pre sewn in, 18 inch too and brown! lol. I love your stuff it's awesome.
I think clinique all about eyes is great for undereye circles and puffiness. I get the thicker one because I have dry skin but I heard they both work the same.
Please please please do a tutorial of your makeup. sooo fresh and pretty. Also, can you tell us more about the extensions. How long they last, if you wash them, take them out, etc? And btw, I LOVE The under cover pots. I finally figured out that the lighter color is awesome for covering large patches of redness.
benefit cosmetics has alot of amazing products for concealing undereye darkness. i am also a huge insomniac and in the morning i use "lemonaid" under my eyes. and "ooh la lift!" its a pretty amazing combination.
I have that fresh mascara that you got... i used tp use it all the time and it used to be the only thing I wore. but mine tended to clump... i would have to like really wipe the brush on the top of the container.
i love the bliss naked body butter! its so moisturizing especially in winter, i didnt know sephora was still giving those away.. i got mine like 3 years ago for their birthday gift thing :)
A great eye cream for bags and puffiness is from Clinique and it's 'All About Eyes". It's amazing!!! The texture is so addicting and it is sleep in a pot! Love it!!!
you should buy Clarins eye gel, its amazing for eye bags and puffiness!!! siince im using it i have these perfect eyes, i just love it!!and once i cried a lot( love trouble) and the next morning i looked like i was in a fight, so i put the tube of eye creme in the frezer for 5minutes and aplied it on my eyes, and the result was amazing!! it went away in like 20minutes! i didnt looked like i cried or looked tired!
I have the same prob. and wat i do is i take some (and by some i mean a very small amount) baby powder then I use a small brush and put it on the inside corner and make sure it just barely covers it and then put a really oily red conceler on top and the power keeps it smooth and dries it up a bit but the oils keep it looking fresh,,,,let me know if it works cuz aparently it doesn't for my friends
ive been wanting Call Your Mother & Metro Chic. I'm totally gonna go get them on Wednesday when I go to Sephora. I also want to try a new concealer. Maybe Boi-ing or Kat's Tattoo one. Have you tried either of those? I need a good blemish-covering concealer!
a wery good eye cream is All About Eyes Rich from clinique. Ive been using it for 2-3 years now, and i dont have any puffy or swollen eyes. Put it on when you get on in the morning and before you go to bed. The best part is that you will use one little pot in 10-12 months, you need so little of it. Take Care sweetheart!
i use revelon age defying .. im 17 so i meani dont need it it just works really good it comes with a cream foundation which works great it get rid of lines so id say it would help with your eyes
Azulene eye treatment is great for undereyes. I got it from an Earth Science store. I put it on before going to bed, it really helped with my undereye circles though I still have them slightly..this cream visibly improved them!
I have problems sleeping too-it's not nice is it?? I use miss Sporty coverstick but I don't know if you can get that in the US but it's also really good becaude it's specially tested so it doesn't give you breakouts. hope that helps :)
Becca of Sweden did a tutorial on her mom using cranberry...I was going to buy it but wasn't quite sure. I saw it in person and def. bought it...so pretty.
Guerlain Issima Midnight Secret!! expensive, but worth every penny! It's like 12 hours of sleep in a bottle! It's like $110 but I've had mine since christmas and still have half left!
the even better foundation has a small percentage of the Even better corrector serum in it to help fade any pigmentation in the skin however it wont give any significant results unless you also use the Even Better serum :) Lu xx
my live saver concealer is the maybeline dream matt mouse cover stick (£4) but it comes in a pot to (about £6) so it may be available in the us aswell.
I have been sewing my own clip ins for yrs even befor I started youtube I use a wig clip,I also have had a friend sew a few rows in for length and I wear it like that for a few mnths.
Hey Just to let u know dont try to hide your freckles Embrace them, freckles are gorgoes, they are one of the things that show u ur young and fresh. Oh and also for your eyes if puffiness is an issue with u try Bliss Triple Oxygen Instant Energizing Eye Mask and is darkness is the issue to try Peter Thomas Roth Power K Eye Rescue it had vitamin K that helps with darkness. I think this is better than using alot of concealor which can sometimes look cakey. So thanks for reading! -Angela
i LOOOOVE the Fresh Twilight tooooo!!! =) it shows up really glowy on me though because my complexion is darker than yours, so i have to be selective where i put it.. i also don't use it for everyday but i love it for when i go out at night, it looks great in pictures ... i've attempted to mix a bit into my foundation and it gave me a really pretty glow =) kind of like MAC's strobe cream but better =)
I like clinique's all about eyes cream. Idk if it'll work for you or not but it works for me :) I put it under my concealer every day, only thing is it's pretty oily... but it reduces circles just let it sit for like 5 minutes or more before you put your concealer on
You should try Kat Von D tattoo concealer. It is available at Sephora and comes in several shades. It is absolutely amazing. It comes in a tube and is by far the best concealer I have ever used. It is totally sleep in a tube.
Hey, Elle! I just have a really quick question. I'm going to my county fair on August 9th, and I was wondering what kind of makeup you think I should wear. If any at all, lol. I'll be out from, about 5-11 PM so.... yeah :) Thanks alot!!
Hey Elle. This just another suggestion for you to check out the MSF in Cheeky Bronze, its a great summer color for the cheeks. My skintone is similar to yours, and I think it would look nice on you!
I just got Mermaid to Order. I'm actually wearing it right now. lol It's sooo pretty. You'll love it, trust me. it changes colors on your nails too. it goes from teal to a really pretty cerulean color.
Elle nice haul! you should try the mac colour correctors, theyre only available in mac pro stores, u can use them undereyes before putting on concealer. Or makeup forever is launching their new HD concealer soon :)
i have the same problem with eye bags & dark circles, but idk what concealor/ eye cream to buy because i have to buy on a budget since i'm just a teen. If you think of any good, cheap concealors can you tell me. Thanks (:
do you think that you could do a review on the difference between concealers like the bare essentials "well rested" and some other creme concealers/stick concealers. and which ones you think are the best to use. i think that it would be a very helpfull video.
Oh! try the Mermaid color on your toes if it is just too much for your fingers. I do that since I just don't like those bold colors on my fingernails. That way I can enjoy the fun colors.
i rarely sleep as well and travel a lot for work. I get bags and puffy skin under my eyes. What I use as my saving grace is from the Patricia Wexler Line at B&B. It's the fastscription instant de-puff eye gel. It's about 20.00 but it lasts forever. You put it under your eyes, over your eyebrows and it's awesome.
im wearing mermaid to order right now! ahaha im so bummed it's limited edition. It's such a pretty color! I've never seen one like it. The lady told me it was selling out fast.
I love your videos, mostly because you talk to your subscribers as individual people. What I mean is you talk as you would during a normal conversation. I like that!

the sonia kashuk's concealer that looks like a quad is excellent! I dont know if it works on everyone though, but i rly love it!
have you tried the garnier green caffiene eye thing? it is supposed to make your bags decrease and sutff, and apparently its very good!
The Clinique stuff most likely has a specific skin lightening ingredient in it. It'll target discoloration so red spots or uneven color in your skin.
i love mermaid to order! i fell in love when i walked in the store.
and i saw that mascara at sephora last week & wanted to try it out because it looked pretty...haha
on the other hand, the twilight stuff, those kinds of things make me look shiny; so i steer clear.

I hear that Benefit do a de-puffing eye gel as well, but I haven't tried that one.
cranberry is absolutely gorgeous and more so when you use it with amber lights. If you blend the two a little it is just a beautiful pink
I've been wearing hair extensions for about 2 years now. I sew my own extensions on too.
