Nice Nice Nice pal..possible use of a cowl maybe and positioning of drain off could heighten the chances of becoming a dirt pocket over time eg level with pipework. Throughly enjoy your work I've gained some really valuable knowledge watching and I'm 55yrs young as you well know I'm definitely not a hater just a normal tradesmen mentioning ideas which might help others or i stick to baking biscuits ❤😂
I have fitted that boiler like that. Also gravity h/w on one side and heating on the other with pump on return. And still service them. Can beat reliability but inefficient
Using the boiler as a neutral point for the OV & CF was considered good practice back in the day (1970's/80's) , think Dunsley neutraliser principle but the cast heat Ex of the boiler is the neutral point and stops pumping over. HTH
Lovely job guys. Always a plus when you can park right next to where your working👏🏻👊🏼👍🏼💪🏼
Absolutely 👌🏾

I was looking at that cylinder and already thinking about cutting it out and weighing it in 😂
Nice work bhaee
Thanks 👍🏾
The flue position is going to be very close to the corner of the building possible which could cause blow back of the flue gases
Is the water cylinder still tank fed and central heating system pressurised?
Good job, both done well.
Thanks mate

What about the balancing valve for the HW ?
Should that have a Flue Guard ? less then 2m ?
Less than 2m?? It was above my head 😂 and you saw me standing on steps to core the hole!
Just guessing can work out expensive
It most certainly can
It ain't rocket science
Thanks 👍🏾
