Doesn’t seem to work with an HP. I’ve tried both with and without FN. I’ve tried using the accessibility keyboard. I’ve spent an hour trying to bypass this damn screen and nothing works.
Not everyone wants there computer tied to an account that can be HACKED and lock them out of their computer. MS should NOT be forcing people to use any email account if the user does not want it. It is the main reason people are junking their Windows boxes and going one of the free LINUX versions or to MAC. And it is a damn shame.
Worked fine for me, redo following it exactly, though there actually is another way. Go ahead and setup the computer with some email address. Then setup a LOCAL ACCOUNT with administrator status, log out, then log into the new account, confirm that it is an admin account, then DELETE the first account. I actually have an Outlook account that I use for nothing else but setting up computers for this problem. NO ONE knows it, I do not use it for anything but this. It is horse hockey that Microsoft is doing this to it customers, I know many getting rid of their Microsoft stuff now and either getting one of the few Linux distros or going MAC. They are fed up with it.

Can you try this one
Fn+shift+F10 or shift+Fn+F10
It tells me that it's not an internal or external command
Try second method...
