First at 55 million, definitely worth the price. The bedrooms, bathrooms and kitchen are very large and modern....Yard space is not bad. The misses....Unfinished doors and door jams throughout the house, the clutter in some of the rooms. Again at 380,000US, a good price for a modern updated house in that area.
Love your house tours per usual... Maybe that first bedroom was designed for a second "Primary". I'm building a similar concept for when my husband and I can't go up and down the stairs, we can still enjoy a similar feeling to the main Primary bedroom.

I don't like the layout of the house. The wardrobe is small. You can't walk through the wardrobe to get to the bathroom. That house needs a lot of work to remodel the whole layout. All those internal grills remind me of a prison. That would have to be a no for me. The house is very disappointing, especially when you look at the outside of the property is inviting. Very poor organisation of layout. The house is far too expensive to buy, taking into the account of the remodelling which needs to be re done.

We are doing the same thing , Having a identical master suite on the first floor for when we are older and can't go up the stairs

The dressing table/ chest of drawers + mirror in the main bedroom, is the only piece of furniture I like in the entire house.
