Warm Up; Straight volleys, footwork into half volleys
Low Saves; Volley into low saves, footwork into 2x low saves
High Saves; Footwork into high save from half volley service
Angled Strikes; Footwork, central volley, positioning for strike on the angle
Conditioning; Volley, low save, into high save x5. Both sides.
Goalkeeper Sessions is a series dedicated to the training I undertake to improve my ability as a goalkeeper. Every catch, every mistake. No editing, no music, no pretence. Just hard work.
