Lithium ion battery are common used in electronic projects️ and they need to used correctly the voltage of Lithium batteries are from 3.7V to 4.2V and it needs to monitored because if Lithium battery's are over discharge to 3V they don't last very long so we need a Indicator or Voltage meter for them to see how much charge it has i maked a Super simple Voltage meter for Lithium batterys 18650 or it can be used for any 3.7V to 4.2 battery 🔚

hey thanks for the video what if I am only interested in just 1 led .. which shows that the battery is 4 volts charged .. could you please help me ... I am charging one 18650 cell and I just want to glow an led when the battery is 4 volts charged(or towards 100% or 95%) .. could you please help me ..

Add more 4 leds total 8 leds
Any diode 1n400* can do same,that voltage drop when they are connected in series, can also be an indicator for 3 v (2x1,5v)etc ...

Dear what will be the resistance value for 14.8 volts indicator
Connect a 10k pot at +
And adjust the potentiometer until all led lead up at 14.8V ... That should work..I think
And add a push button to stop draining the battery when you need just push and see

Why we are using diode here?
Because
Diode has a voltage drop 0.7V and we are using them to see how much voltage left on battery

It is not OK.
At 4.2 V, all 4 LEDs should have been on.
At 3.5 - 3.6 V, just 1 led.
Below 3.5 V, it doesn't have to illuminate any LED light .
The Li-ion battery is destroyed if the voltage drops below 3.2 V .
It works from 3.8V to 4.2V

If it does not light any led that mean the voltage is under 3V. It ligh up 1 led at 3.8V low charge and all 4 led shuld light up at 4.2V

what create this? scheme:
1 red = 3.6V
2 red = 3.8V
2 red + 1 green = 4.0V
2 red + 2 green = 4.2V
