I think you’re the only one with a review on this awning room. I’m debating between this and the ARB deluxe awning room. Seems the ARB’s fabric is thicker than the Ironman. Still undecided.
Long term...how has this worked out? been looking at doing this same set up on my 5x10 trailer using the awning coming off the side, and then putting the room up. This allows me to haul my atv on a trailer, dirt bike, road bike or whatever gear on the trailer, and then leave the room set up and go places (instead of having one mounted on my truck)
So while I used it, it was fabulous. I'm actually upgrading to the 270 awning and the 3 piece wall soon. I'll be doing a video on that setup when I get it done.

@@adamant7146 I ended up getting the ironman. It’s pretty good. I don’t know how the ARB one is so I can’t give you a comparison.

I have used the awning about 10-12 times. Not 6-7. I was tired when I made this video.

That's called a keder rail. Check out RV shops for accessories for the rail.

Is the zip in floor permeable or waterproof? Seems like an IDEAL setup!
I never had any issues with water getting in, but I can't speculate on it being actually "waterproof"
