Hey there, good video. Dunno if you have fixed the door drip issue where the awning meets the van. I figured that a pool noodle is about the right fit in between. It redirects the water to the sides of the awning, reduces the drips immensely.
So you slide the strings through the front of awning and by the car and then the plastic hooks on the poles? Also floor goes in last? I wish there was a set up video
I can work on a setup video, but yes that's the just of it! It slides in the side of the vechile first then there is a large zipper on the front of the awning and plastic clips on the sides. After the first use the floor stays zipped onto the room unless it's super dusty then I'll unzip it, beat the dust off, then Re Zip and fold it back up for storage and it's already attached when I set it up the next time
@DadVanture 2:20 but I'm literally just playing with you.😅 It's an old guy aversion to the way young people abuse the word "literally". I did upvote you though...😎👍
Thanks for the weather test review! My ARB room leaks at the zippers in heavy rain and I was looking to make a change. This may be the one to solve that problem. @@DadVanture
Great test, you got lucky and could see the worst of the weather. Good luck with the channel.👍❤️😇
Thanks a lot!
Thank you so much for review
Also your good dad🌹
Thank you!

Haha All the ones I watched before making this video were Australian dudes
does the awning room come with the PVC floor? or do you have to purchase it separately?
Mine came with the floor! And I checked the website, the 8x8 room lists it in the description as well! Cheers
"You could literally put a tent stake in the ground..." 😲😲😲
Been awhile since I posted this video.. what are you referring to? Use a timestamp!

So... How was the inside after the worst of the storm?
Dry! Except ehrre the water was coming between the hightop and the door. But that's an install flaw.. the DWR finish on this was impressive!
