She explains how Oversight Committee Chair James Comer worked to “stop the flow of information” about Trump upon taking the role. “There’s even more money… We know more money exists. We don’t know who it came from, we don't know about his businesses in Russia, we don't know if we’re in the middle of these wars… and they’re being precluded from getting help because of some money that was paid to Trump.”

Yes, there is “proof.” Investigations into Trump’s violation of the Foreign Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution have been taking place since the beginning of his term in office. In “District of Columbia vs Trump,” it was concluded that elected officials, including the president, shall not gain advantage or profit as a result of holding office, yet there has been no accountability for Trump’s violations of this Clause to my knowledge.
In addition to that, the Trump business records from their own accountants had to be released in his NY case, exposing evidence that Trump and his adult children had profited financially while he was in office.

I wrote of the investigations that had begun soon after he took office when he violated the Emoluments Clause, and pointed to the figures provided by one of the Trump Organization’s accounting firms in the NY case that exposed the figures recently released. I cited provisions of the Foreign Emoluments Clause of the U.S. Constitution and the conclusion that was reached in “District of Columbia vs Trump” saying that it applied to presidents who gained advantage or profited as a result of holding that office (a violation if it was without the consent of Congress).
Since my more detailed post took some time to write, I am disappointed that it was taken down right after I posted it. You’ll have to do your own research, and yes, there is proof.

You are correct about everything except that Representative Jamie Raskin stated in Congress last week that it was a report based on just the FIRST year of his presidency and therefore the number would have increased tremendously from the other 3 years that he was breaking the emoluments clause as President. It’s also important to note 📝 that trump was found guilty of accepting bribes from Russia, China and Saudi Arabia… which President Biden has NEVER done.
