Im putting this tactic to work on Hamburg on bundesliga 2, its doing great, defense and midfielder, the IW too and the MO on suport are doing ok, but the shadow strike and poacher are struggling a bit, I try a lot of players like a Target striker (glatzel) even buy a wonderkid tresoldi, and they just dont make goals, same with the shadow strike, already trying a pure MO, and a versitible striker, what kind of players you think are better for this positions? Thank you.
mate im not sure if you have watched, the mentality I 100% said as I have just watched. The HB is default therefore I skipped the instructions as its a default role and did not want to waste peoples time. I never will become complacent because I have my schedule managed down to a tea.

I’ve used it for 3 games and my LWB has 3 goals 6 assists and my shadow striker just scored all 6 in a 6-0 win this tactic is incredible😂

You could go down more meta roles and use the AF if you have a decent pacey striker and then use an AM to purely supportn
