Some context (not 100% accurate): Mr Virtual is Based off a Mario game that was suppose to release on the "Virtual Boy" but due to the Virtual boys failure, it never came to be, don't know how it turned into a creepypasta tho 💀 That's all I know lol
As for who Mr Virtual is himself (just going off of memory and the wiki) Before Mr Virtual became the monstrosity he is today, he was a normal human called V. (Not real name) V used to work as a circus performer until one day, he snapped. He burned down the circus, and as he stood outside of the area, hearing the sounds of the other bystanders and performers buring to death, instead of feeling guilty or digusted in himself, all he felt was pure joy and excitement. From that day forward, V became a serial killer, mutilating his victims and leaving carvings of the letter V in their bodies as some sort of sick calling card. These killings one day caught the attention of a detective (i forgor his name) who began to chase after V. Eventually, the detective caught up to V at a E3 event where Nintendo were showcasing the brand new Virtual Boy. The detective shot V straight in the back of the head, killing and causing him to collaspe on to the booth, which binded V to the Virtual Boy, making him into the creepy weirdo in the mod. (There is some more stuff about him after this, but i thought i should just stick to the main part of the backstory. Hope this helps!)
